EXACTLY what I needed to see before using my new Vax for the first time. 100% better than any written instructions. Good quality video and an excellent voice over. Thank you SO MUCH! John.
Brilliant video tutorial, I was confused with the amount of cleaning solution to water ratio! You explained everything I wanted to know. Thank you very much.
Thank you for this really helpful video , im not great with instructions so this had helped so much, i was not looking forward trying to figure out to to work it, Quick great clear instructions. Thanks 👍🏻👍🏻
Excellent guide, far better than what they themselves provide. I used mine today for the first time... it went well enough but I noticed that there's water remaining the chamber where the "wash / rinse" dial is and seemingly can't drain it..... would you happen to have a solution for this, please? As I say first time using it and so I don't want to start prying it or whatever if there's a simple solution in bot realising. (Yes I did try contacting them but couldn't get thru... Thanks in advance :-)
"First things first"! what a great video tutorial! have seen a few of these but you explained it all so well, did you do one using the hose attachment?...I have subscribed and look fwd to viewing your other videos!
Excellent mate - great video. I turned on the cleaner without water/solution to check the spinners were working and it cut out. Is that a safety mechanism or have I maybe damaged it?
Hi could you give me some advice i used my carpet cleaner the same as yours but i didn't get any dirty water in the dirty water tank just a bit of dirt no water at all
Why can't i clip the dirty water tank together after I've connected the 2 tabs. It doesn't reach the thing it's supposed to clip over however hard try. All the videos I've seen make it seem easy. Please help
Could be a few things: make sure you go over the carpet WITHOUT pressing the trigger to suck up all the water, make sure the house isn't cold, open windows to help with circulation of air to dry. It may feel slightly damp the next day depending on your carpet but should be fairly dry after 24 hours.
I seen many vids on this unit so i bought one for the first few times it was brill, came to do a room one day and half way through my vax motor decided to pack in. It was 1 week out of warranty. After parting with 250 for a 12 month machine. I will never bother again with vax. They dont want you to be able to replace the motor they dont sell them stock them or even tell you where you can buy a spare. The vax motor is one of a kind and thats why its virtually impossible to source one unless its out of another broken vax which has matching motor. 9 times out of 10 the motor goes first. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING THIS CRAP UNIT. Floors stay wet for hours on end and it says dry in little as an hour on the unit 😂

Thank you, for the tutorial. I brought one the weekend, nice to gain a bit of confidence before you start. Very helpful.
I’m not much good at understanding written instructions but your video has been very helpful and informative.

I would LOVE to see how many times you would have to go over even a NEW carpet before the water extracted was clear.
Thanks for this - I'm dyslexic so this was much better than the written word - Cheers
This is a good video but can you also make a 'how to use the nozzle attachments vids' too please
Thanks for sharing this review. I just got one today and I will spend the weekend cleaning all house. Your video has helped a lot.

Hmm maybe upload a video so I can see ? Also make sure the buckle latch is undone first!
Having same issue. The front of it is lose and keeps opening. Won't suck up dirt.
