How to Breed Canaries

- ►Canaries are wonderful birds to keep in your home because they are easy to care for and relatively content being alone. However, one thing about canaries is not completely simple and that is breeding them. Breeding canaries requires some advance planning, specialized equipment, specific food, and luck. Breeding these birds the proper way is important because it ensures a stress-free environment for them, as well as a greater chance of producing offspring. If you plan to breed canaries, only do so if you can look after all the resulting chicks if they don't find homes ✔
►Warnings
+ Canaries are not normally social birds, so just placing a male and female bird in the same cage when they are not ready to mate is more likely to result in disaster than in eggs. You need to be very sure that your birds are ready to mate when you introduce them to each other ✔

Aftab Ahmad the same.
I think you have 2 females
I have 2 canary's and when we put them together after 1 week they started kissing
Hey will a female and a male sing if their housed together
Kevin871 no they won't
That's not true. My male still sings passionately despite being in the same cage as a female.
Yes but not as much as they would before
super
I’ve had my canary for 2 or 3 months, we’ve been fine but today I put up my finger and it looked like it was gonna bite me, after I put my finger in just to say hi, it ran over to me and was about to bite my finger! What do I do?!😭😭😭
It doesn't hurt, mine only bit the 1st time I handled him, before he knew I wasn't going to eat him. I thought it was funny, I expect parakeets to bite but not a canary, the female didn't bite though.
It means it likes you do it for a long time and eventually it will climb on ur hand
is it common two male of canaries are kissing?
No Your Male Canaries Are Gay Or They Will Fight
@@crimcram 😂🤣
There actually is a lot of gayness in the bird kingdom. Especially amongst zebra finches. Canary is a cousin to the finch, so I don't see a problem unless they start hurting each other.
our canaries hate each other. We find male sleeping at other end and so as the female hahaha
I need help my female canary keeps eating her eggs what’s wrong with her 😤😤😤
She should be shocked of something or just hates eggs
Cuz eggs is like babies for her
How long does it take for the female canary to lay eggs after mating anyone know ?
