Monk Yuan Li Min is a sr. disciple of Abbot You Xuande and has made this Elixir Sword form his signature form. Even in this early video, you can see Wudang body mechanics and internal energy nicely developed, and this external form is perfect. You should see Master Yuan do this form today.
Yuan is very good at Dan Jian. But not the best. These two are better in my opinion: ua-cam.com/video/e_MlIw-FRUk/v-deo.html&t, ua-cam.com/video/JD9XAyuciCM/v-deo.html&t. BTW, they are Taoists, different from monks and abbots from Buddhist temples。
