Thanks for sharing. I lost my baby sister two years ago at 31. Life is something. I'm finally in the 200s by a hair and I often wondered if a 500 to 600 pound person loses so much how is it I'm having such a hard time losing 100. I lay in bed when home wishing I had a healthy minded partner on this journey. Although hard. I'm not giving up🍃

Over eating poison junk so called food. You eat to much food you gonna be over wt. Simple as that we eat to much. Eat Real food not to much mostly plants. Whole food plant based high fiber nutritional dense diet cover's everything plenty of water sleep exercise fasting detoxing everyday destress prayer and meditation.
I just started a 5 day water fast, can't wait to watch this for extra motivation!

Whew this was such a beautiful and vulnerable interview. Praying for him as continues to navigate such tremendous loss. He’s a warrior though to use the pain as motivation. To lose 80+ lbs in 90 days is inspiring.

I've never heard an interview about health/fitness this honest. He spoke of the physical & mental aspects on rare form. About showering and still not being clean. This and losing his entire family in a 4 year span... Thats a resillence that could only be provided by God. ❤

Man oh man thank you for the encouragement. I’m convinced after listening to this, that a lot of my health issues will resolve itself once I get rid of all this weight. Somedays I want to run to the doctor but honestly I’m just going to stay the course and believe in full restoration of my health.

Yesss that got me right there. I noticed every time I pull back from the table someone is inviting me to a party or out to eat or a commercial with a new food item catches my attention more than anyone else around me. I had to notice that temptation to start making changes

Nothing but truths here. Sometimes we need the brutal realities to wake up. I am convinced that Emersons sister is proud of him! He can keep going because God has His hand over his life. Keep going, and do not waver in well doing. God is usingbyou for the good of his children and His kingdom, if we faint not. Do not quit, so many of us need you and everything you bring, including the pain! Nothing is wasted! Your blessing is still playing out! Keep giving Him the glory! Powerful story of pain, pressure and the redemptive power of prayer 🙏. Some spiritual issues are only cured through fasting and prayer. It took a lot of courage to come back after so many failed attempts..and then to share his story in order help others! In our weakness, truly the Lord comes through. Thank you so much, Sir! Chris I was raised in the country and we raised all of our food. So I get it . I have 2 deep window sills ..n next spring I'm raising something..but I may be moving to the country.. so I know how gratifying it is to raise your own foods .😊😊 It's a sense of accomplishment n pride. And take cuttings from the plants n start a new patch. 😊

Great testimony sir... I don't believe God wants the glory from our pain and suffering. But he wants us to bring him our pain and suffering because he cares for us. You are a great motivation to me and I'm sure thousands. I've been dealing with weight issues for 30 years not to the level that you were suffering from. I'm working on it now, God is good! I just finished my 3 days water fast today I’ve had some coconut meat and coconut water and Greek yoghurt. I lost 2 kg.
