Usually product links seem to be biased or easy grab for money, but this channel was the best and I've watched some videos multiple times, so for sure need to support his links, thanks for the reviews good sir! Getting the spigen protectors and rinke case for this phone after your reviews
I applied these on my Pixel 9 Pro XL and thought the process was easy. I have had these on my past few devices ... Spigen makes quality screen protectors
Great vídeo...placed both of these protectors on my P9 PRO XL. Straightforward elaborated install process that worked perfectly. Then slapped on a Mous Thin transparent mag safe case and fits like a glove. Case can show awesome Hazel color.
drop protection is a nice thing but.... are we really scoring the drop protection? i think not. let me explain. potentialy, when a screen protector that will break from a relatively low height you can argue that it will absorb a real fall better by being smashed instead of the phone. the more rigid protectors you can claim will 'pass' the fall power onto the phone screen intead of absorbing it and potentially the phone screen will break instead of the screen protector. i think this is physics but correct me if I am wrong.
ive got the whole spigen set, spigen aramid case + camera lens + screen rptoector (on the way). they make really good things and so happy to see them improving their installation process and protection over the years... been using them since my Samsung Galaxy S10
Tip for dust trapped in between. Turn all fans in room off. Go through cleaning procedure as recommended. When it tells you to use a sticker to remove dust or lint off the screen, also do it to the screen protector. My idea was that maybe pulling off the film for the adhesive side, maybe some static electricity happened and you have fresh glue to stick to. Keep the sticky side facing down. Use the sticker to grab any lint or dust from the bottom side. Slowly drop and align protector into phone's screen. Let the glue do its work and use a lint free towel to gently and slowly push the bubbles to the edges of the screen so they can escape. I followed this procedure when replacing a cracked previous screen protector and there was no dust or lint anywhere on the screen, even when it's off. Maybe I just got lucky? I'll try this method again because I have a cracked camera protector that needs to be replaced. The cracked one when it was new, had dust trapped underneath and I didn't use the sticker on the sticky side of the screen before installing it.
I've had a piece of dust in the exact same spot as you lol. No dust on the second try, just sucks to not have backup and spend more money. But definitely worth it to keep the phone protected. Great video!
@@zillaxx I used to love everything from dbrand (and still do). The problem is that the packages started being charged with customs so I can't really order much from them (EU)

Thanks for doing this video. Spigen don't have one for this particular phone model and their instructions for the previous model are confusing. When attempting to install the camera lens protector I found they have numbered the steps in two places so that there are two lots of steps 1 and 2. Only in one of those places do they say to remove the back sticker and if you have poor eyesight like me and follow the wrong set of Steps 1 and 2 you can miss removing that sticker and if you continue with the other steps it's too late to go back. Also, their diagram pics don't match the parts provided. For a quality product I would expect quality instructions. You have provided them.
Great Video. Thanks for testing with Polarized sunglasses. My use case in car is the phone is mounted slightly towards the right side, so lots of rainbow effect i see. Otherwise great screen protector. I don't have this issue with Mous screen protector.
Is it truly edge to edge? I have case-mate right now and it leaves 1mm all around of the glass screen exposed. So annoying. Every time I gesture swipe, I scrape my thumb over the edge of the protector 😤
I installed exactly this product on my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL screen And that's exactly what I wanted it's a little bit wider on the sides which protects the entire screen
Awesome presentation and video buddy. I am planning to get that combo alongside the the Ringke Onyx. From your experience, since I also watched your case video, would the screen and camera bar tempered glass have any issues working together, or should I look for a spigen case? :)
Me watching the drop test from the pixel 9 pro xl with spiegen tempered glass 😑 But I like the full screen cover without camera cutout and easy installation
Bought both of these for my P9P. The camera protector is nice quick easy install. Messed up my first screen protector with a big piece of dust. Second one has a bunch of dust also 😢 but no bubbles.
Humidity is the key. This is how I install my screenprotectors, so far without any dust bubbles: Run the shower, hot water only, until all mirrors in the bathroom are foggy. Then wait a minute or two to let it all settle down, outside of bathroom, door closed. (The humidity will collect the dust in the air, which will settle down on surfaces.) Then quickly but thoroughly do the installation process in the bathroom, making sure to not move too fast to not disturb the air too much, so the dust stays where it is. During the installation I also wear one-time gloves so no skin flakes or oil gets on the display. I hope this helps. Sorry for any wrong spelling, English is not my native language.
Is there any affect to camera quality really being covered on the front camera and also does the screen protector affect screen quality when viewing thanks
@@jonpeach5851 no, they front affect the screen quality, I normally get the screen protectors without the camera cut out because the cut out catches a lot of dust and can be difficult to doesn't properly. I've never had any issues with them negatively affecting the camera quality
What about screen quality does it affect pictures and the camera shouldn’t it have a circle cutout wouldn’t that affect the front camera being covered up thanks ppl
It has on both sides an effect. You can notice it by shooting at 15 zoom ... So if you make pictures with max. 5 zoom it shouldn't disturb you. On the front there was like a mirror. But it wasn't so bad like on the back side, but you can notice it. So for me it was a waste of money. Maybe I noticed it because I am in the workspace with these themes

Does the case protect your screen when laying face down with that screen protector on? Thought about getting the case but was worried about that
@@gilleojax very small lip above screen ...fits very secured.
