Insurance is not INHERENTLY a scam. It was born for a reason. It started as a group of ship captains who stood to lose everything if their cargo was damaged during transport. So a group of sailor started "underwriting" in local pubs with other sailors who agreed to put a little bit in a pool, and whoever needed it under certain events would be able to use it. It's a pool to protect you, and you're paying for the umbrella of security. You're not paying to get your money back if nothing happens, it's the village pitching in a little bit each for the individuals that do suffer, and you choose to join in because you have potential to become that victim. That said, Insurance companies of course are scammers. Just like banks, just like our taxes.... but Insurance in concept and pure practice is not a scam.

LegalMindset was talking about this last night. Coffeezilla is in Texas, which has anti-slapp laws. So even though its a lawsuit in federal court, the judge may choose to apply the Texas anti-slapp laws since Coffee lives there.
Then he wouldn’t be able to come back to the US. Logan would still be able to sue in the US and if coffee chooses not to participate he can get a default judgement against him which would be devastating and lose him the ability to to fight it and not just have what Logan wants done to him done.

Honestly I find it hard to believe that they actually managed to find a dead body in the pretty large forest. The suicide forest is known for having a lot of suicides that takes place there, it is not known as place you can just walk around and find a body especially near the entrance. I can say that, an idea like cryptozoo can be done by a bunch of college kids who know Web3 coding, and refunding thousands of people, in our case, took only one dev. Lawsuits are expensive and remember too that while Coffeezilla does have a few million subs, he puts a massive amount of work into his videos and so doesn't put them out as often. He isn't pumping out a couple videos a day so his revenue is fractional of that. Because of that his estimated income is like $5,000 a month. The other way creators make money is things like merch, which is what Coffee is doing here. Not just begging for help but being honest about where hes at and putting forward a way people can get merch and also help out.

Honestly I find it hard to believe that they actually managed to find a dead body in the pretty large forest. The suicide forest is known for having a lot of suicides that takes place there, it is not known as place you can just walk around and find a body especially near the entrance. Lawsuits are expensive and remember too that while Coffeezilla does have a few million subs, he puts a massive amount of work into his videos and so doesn't put them out as often. He isn't pumping out a couple videos a day so his revenue is fractional of that. Because of that his estimated income is like $5,000 a month. The other way creators make money is things like merch, which is what Coffee is doing here. Not just begging for help but being honest about where hes at and putting forward a way people can get merch and also help out.

@@Eins3467 I feel like Ive encountered many people that are takers, and will always be takers. If you call it out they may not do it in that specific way again, but they’ll just mooch in other ways. It’s like people changing their personality, which is a very difficult thing to do.
People do change and can. However, they never do it from the top of a pile of money. Only when they're broke and broken.
