@Draenorwow more than likely. They did say that they wanted to make m+ harder without adding more affixes. So not only scaling overall damage and health more but making spell queues able to overlap more can make it more chaotic
HC Season 2 basically turned into a an advertisment for streamers who play intentionally dumb to get views
