You're correct, Ichigo's original getsuga color/ the color of his spiritual pressure/ aura color was originally a golden/yellow and then black color in the manga but it was changed in the anime to the blue and the red that we are all so accustomed to. And in the recent TYBW adaptation, they've made things far more manga accurate and have even added additional stuff to the show that wasn't in the manga.
They seem to do that quite abit with anime adaptation. Like Naruto's rasengan being yellow
It's kinda the same with the Rasengan and the Kamehameha. They both were supposed to be yellow, but the anime made them blue.

So you have a "K.O" Meter and a Lifebar Meter.
The more you combo/dmg an opponent, the more the Lifebar depletes. When a Lifebar depletes, the K.O Meter gains a stack.
When you use a special move and it hits, you deal damage then to the K.O Meter. Once it runs out, you lose.
That's basically how it works.

The black Getsuga with the red hue outline is usually an indication of Ichigo using Getsuga while in hollowfication. There might be a few caveats within the anime, however typically that is the reason for the coloring, otherwise Ichigo's normal spiritual pressure colors range from the normal glaring blue to the fierce orange of recent.
Fun fact, Blue is just the colors the anime went with, originally Ichigo’s Getsuga Tensho’s and Spirit Energy is supposed to be Purple
Though later on it was canonically changed to yellow/gold, I believe for the colored version of the manga? I just know before any of that Kubo drew it and envisioned it as purple the few times he colored it in the early days, also explains why it was purple in the original TYBW anime reveal trailer

That first bit isn't true. There's plenty of footage in the anime and various video games that the black and red is just Bankai Ichigo's Getsuga. It looks that way without the Hollow Mask.--Now whether it had that red hue because of White Ichigo's Getsuga being red and having an influence, that I'm not sure. This was the case up until early TYBW where the attack became all black with a bluish white hue.

Actually Afro, Ichigo’s reiryoku (spiritual power in the dub) was ALWAYS golden in colour, the OG anime for some reason made it blue

Idk how I feel about all this jargon being used in a trailer and I know all of it.
What I've gotten from watching the trailer myself regarding how the health works is that: you each have 9 health bars (unless in the future certain characters might have less or more depending on how strong or weak they are). After characters how far is completely gone the opponent can do certain moves that will decrease a certain amount of health bars (Ex: in the trailer Ichigo does a move that gets rid of 3 but does another that gets rid of 4). Unless you're awakened which may do the more damage (remove more health bars) each character may have certain moves that can do a limited amount of times. (Ex: Strong, Weak, and Normal attacks).

Only flat as a board female in Bleach is Rukia, and I take her personality over Sakura's any day so it ain't even comparable.
Reshi = health. Konpaku = round health. They way how you win determermines how much round health you do. They only really show 2 ways hour to deal damage to "round" health. Regular base form win = 3 damage to rounds. Bankai win = 4 damage to rounds.

Depends what you mean by Sakura. When I hear Sakura I think someone who is suppose to be important but isn't, and is kind of pointless for the majority of the story, even tho they're treated like one of the main characters. Yes I know Sakura had her moments, and saved Naruto too at some point, but you know what I mean. I don't hate her. I like pretty much all females in Bleach, even the side characters. Momo might be closest to Sakura with her personality but still wouldn't call her a Sakura, since she's just a side character.

3:58 the black from ichigos Getsuga Tensho is because he is using his hollow powers to create the getsuga tensho. Because Ichigo has Soul Reaper powers, Quincy powers, and Hollow powers but he didnt realize it till he got his zanpaktou reforged, his powers were just kinda of randomly manifesting. Now that he knows himself like truly his attacks are different colors to symbolize that he isnt disconjoined from himself anymore.

The manga leans very heavy on blacks due to Kubo’s hard style relying on the hard contrast of black and white, but it’s inferred that Ichigo’s abilities are the color of his spiritual pressure. So the recent TYBW stuff is a bit more accurate showing it in these orange golden hues, but the black waves aren’t inaccurate either.
As the name implies, it’s basically supposed shine bright like the full harvest moon, illuminating the darkness. Any black reiatsu is a sign of his hollow White’s influence which has a very strong distinct Black color due to being comprised of Shinigami souls

It looks different and I love that. I woulda hated if they went the 1 button mash till you win path like some classic Arena Fighters. I think tryng to do something unique and being able to make it fun is the way to success. I REALLY REALLY hope they could pull it off, but so far Im liking what Im seeing
It's still quite clearly a one button mass if you pay attention to it, all the "combos" shown in this preview are a 100% coming from mashing a single button.
@@Blz2000 even if what you say is true (coulqd perfectly not be the case) doesnt mean thats the whole game. Fg also tend to show auto combos or similar for trailers because it looks good/smooth. Due to the many mechanics we can already see from this trailer, transformations, supers that could take more or less kompaku, defense with its own bar, reiatsu type bar with different moves, parries, 2 different types of Activations (red and yellow, for offensive and defensive purposes) I think its not crazy to think they will go further than just mashing buttons to win.
Hell lets even say they do 1 button for combos, the game could still be mechanically dense enough for it to be fun and engaging. There are levels to this

Every time I hear you talking about BLEACH you give outrageously bad takes. In regards to the game, I somewhat agree with your assessment that we need more footage to judge whether the battle system is good or not. However, your takes on the series are so bad it’s laughable. Uryu shouldn’t have gotten his power back? Why because you find him boring? There’s a lot of “Sakuras” in the show? As if Sakura is a bad character to begin with.
Also, your love for Chad clouded your judgment. When was he ever shown that he was him? Every time he had somewhat of a power up he got humbled right after. He was never meant to fight the big dogs like his friends were whether you’re willing to accept it or not.
All I got from your opinions on the series is that you should stick to what you’re good at which is playing games not commenting on a series you can even articulate a good critique on.

Like the only two characters that don't do much (I'm assuming by Sakura's he means useless characters) are Isane and Chojiro who died and was used to serve as Yamamoto's anger.
Chad part hurts though cause I like him. Hopefully he gets a chance to redeem himself in the hell Arc because Uryu and Orihime definitely had an improvement in TYBW.

I like the color thing for Ichigo, but Personally I think it would make sense that in story mode it keeps things black and red for a while, as early in the story Ichigo and White weren't exactly chill with each other. And since his mask is white and Red, keeping his colors black and red for a bit imo works well as symbolism showing White still havin his hands in the cookie jar.
None of this is canon. And just the colors the anime chose.

So basically, In the original anime most of the coloring was wrong ishigo shikai being blue and bankai being black and red and Kubo was not involved in the production staff. In the TYBW ie the current arc, Kubo is the part of the production staff hence providing Manga aka his series correct color palette which is Ichigo Shikai or Spiritual energy being Orangish yellow and Ichigos bankai being Black and white, and with the animation nowadays the current color palette is so good to look at.

As a ps4 player still myself, I'm hella looking forward to this on ps4. the fact that we're in 2024 and 50% of active PSN users, myself included, are still on ps4 and haven't upgraded yet says a lot more about the state of PS5 than anything else. so the reason they're releasing on both is due to increased sales. because you'd be missing out on potential revenue if you cut out the previous consoles.
