I’m not sure what brand she has. But most silicone hands have it to where you can slide the nail tip in so you don’t have to glue it. But you can glue it in with a glue that is well with silicone. :) I have the red iguana Hand 💖

Do you have a video of how to get your practice hand ready for use? I recently bought one and I added the sil poxy but how do I get my fake nail to attach to the silicone hand? Pls help!

I am so curious how you set up your silicone hand? I can never get the nails attached sturdily on mine and when I have tried to glue tips on in the past, they’ve pulled off while working on them and damaged the silicone nail beds. How do you attach yours? Thank you!

Vee, Q: on my own nails, I will occasionally have to put on a fake nail that is a little bit too big. But I file the difference off so you can’t even tell. Because when I add the extensions I pinch the fake nail perfectly to fit nail to fake nail, to where there are no gaps that the glue has to fill in. So there isn’t a bump on each side. I use Ibd Builder Gel for my nails. I live in LA, I want to go to a nail tech. School but there all closed! There are hair face and nail schools but not just a “nail tech” school, at a cost of 15,000. Sheesh!!!! If you know of a school here in my area, Hollywood ca, please let me know!
Hi Kim, going through the same thing in Pennsylvania with the nail schools. I’ve been looking for one for the past year and they are either closed or closing and only offering full cosmetology (hair, makeup, & nails). 🤦🏻♀️

Hi! Your nail work is amazing, I love watching your videos and I've learned a lot from you.
I just have a question, So I did my own nails on Wednesday and Thursday night I fell down and I ripped my whole nail off with the acrylic nail still attached. (sorry I know it sounds horrible) but I'm curious if this is because I didn't prep the nail right or did not apply enough acrylic? Would appreciate any feedback. :)
I think this has to do with how you fell nothing with how you prepped your nail which is still attached to your natural nail. So I'm sure you did a great job prepping. Sorry about your nail (ouch)

I'd just keep learning through videos. Doing nails is so much harder than it looks. By the time your old enough, you'll at least have the knowledge of the theory to apply to practice. If you go into doing nails knowing very little, you can do a lot of damage, including giving yourself allergic reactions, burns, cuts and fungus.
