Hi. Tim sorry m8 I haven’t bone a video in a long time now making moulds is simple by mixing corn flour and silicone half n half then press it round an acrylic blank but you do have to be quick before it stsrts to cure
Seen the original version yesterday, now I've watched again, I will be buying some aluminum stock next trip to the ship!! Thank you your inspiration Woody!! :) Also, I have a couple of carbide cutters, but no tools for them yet, might be this is a good time to make some :)
hi its the first video I have seen of yours and I really like the idea and design of the pens, I dont know if you have heard of a channel by Daniel Vilerino but he does a good video about making an abrasive paste, beeswax tripoli powder and mineral oil, if you use pumice powder instead it is a lot clearer when used. because you get a good finish off the tool you could use the abrasive paste to do all the sanding and then a burnishing cream to finalise if not the tcut, a lot less dust from sanding aswel :)
Have you ever tried epoxy rather than CA? I wonder if it holds better? Seems like a beautiful pen though, wish the resolution was higher! And I wish you put out more videos! :)

Yes I have tried all of them none of them like heat that is created when drilling metal
