Right here I have a realistic one-to-one
Spider-Man mask that I bought off of
AliExpress I got it for about $77 but I
think the price has actually gone down I
will leave a link to it if you want to
check it out in the comment section so
at First Look the box is pretty cool
however it did get a little bit beat up
in shipping this Spider-Man mask is
actually controlled with a ring you wear
on your finger however they do actually
have a more advanced model that will
mirror what your eyes are actually doing
so once you've opened the box you're met
with a protective foam layer that once
removed will expose your Spider-Man mask
it was a little bit difficult to remove
however it looks like the foam did a
really great job protecting the mask
also included was this little pack that
came with a micro USB charger the smart
ring to control it...
...we can get a good look at the mask it has a
zipper on the back making it easy to get
on or off your head and once we've
unzipped this it exposes a plastic layer
which is obviously there to house the
components of the eye movement and help
keep the front the proper shape if you
take a closer look at the plastic layer
you'll see this panel that once removed
exposes a power button a micro USB
charger and this strange space right
here which I assumed was restoring the
ring however I quickly realized that was
not the case I then turned it on and
started the process of connecting it to
the ring this was pretty easy and after
that I was able to see it in motion this
was really cool but there was a little
bit of a learning curve since the ring
had no labels so I didn't know what each
button did after a little bit of
exploring I figured out that if you push
the top button it closes both eyes if
you click the left one it closes the
left eye and if you click the right one
it closes the right eye if you push the
bottom it does this weird kind of spam
thing which I'm not really sure what the
purpose of also if you have one of the
eyes closed and you push the bottom one
it basically resets it back to normal
the eyes are made of two layers of
plastic that are pushed together to
simulate squinting this is controlled by
a motor inside the mask which I tried to
show you here hopefully you can see it
even though I didn't do a great job but
it's inside that clear plastic part so
now that I've checked the mask out a
little bit it's time to see how I will
actually look wearing it for this my two
biggest concerns were making sure I
didn't catch my hair in the zipper and
making sure it was properly tucked in my
shirt which was actually harder than I
would have expected so once I had the
mask on I was really starting to feel
like Spider-Man however something was
missing luckily that's why we have this
second package right here although I did
buy this from a different seller it is
the rest of the Spider-Man costume and
while they did have several different
costume options I decided to go with
this one because it looked like one of
the newer ones I then performed a very
cool transition however I forgot to
record the rest of it so instead you get
this face so after that very smooth
transition you now get to see what I
look like in the Spider-Man suit the
cool thing about this suit is that the
ring actually Blends in with the blue a
little bit which means although I went
for the cheaper mask option with the
ring I can still control it pretty
discreetly so now that I had the mask
and the outfit I was feeling pretty cool...
...during this time I also figured out that
if I closed one of the eyes and then hit
the top button it would actually switch
the eyes so at this point you're
probably wondering how is the view
through the eyes and I have to say it's
not great especially when you're
squinting however I can definitely see
out it a lot easier than my camera can
another thing I wanted to point out at
this part is that there is a lot of
condensation that builds up and I think
this is because they included a place
for your mouth however they did not
include one for your nose with that in
mind I'll leave you with this clip of me
looking absolutely mentally insane and
remind you even you can be Spider-Man or

Just purchased the Black version with eye lights. It looks great but it’s so uncomfortable. It hardly sits on your nose and if you move your head around it slips uncontrollably. It does look the part though. Just need a way to secure it!
While I didn't have any issues with it shifting around on my head, you're right, it is quite uncomfortable. I have a video on how I made mine a little bit more comfortable that you might be interested in: ua-cam.com/video/MKbMAPzE1Bo/v-deo.html
If that isn't enough to also help with securing it, hopefully you can find something else that works!

If you follow the link that takes you to AliExpress, there are 3 versions of masks and the one that follows your eyes is the "2.0 version".
Found another link with the lenses able to light up in blue and red.
Nice. Just keep in mind the lights are going to make it more difficult to see, so hopefully you're able to turn them on and off. But that's definitely a cool feature for showing off!

I tried to match it up the best I could, however the suit is a slightly different color red than the mask.

@bws_terminator4034 Yeah, the color difference is pretty noticeable.
I added some other options for suits on the link pinned in the comments. I can't guarantee these will be a better color fit or not, but you're welcome to check them out or look for a better option somewhere else.
What about the nose space? My nose was like queesed in there. Had almost no space. Was it made for flat asia noses?😂 It feld like it. Edit: I found your other video about make it more comfy.

Hello there! My name is Alvaro, from Mexico City. The reason why I am writting you is because I bougth this mask for my 7 year old for Chritmas, but we have not being able to make it work. We just can not make it sincronize the mask with the ring. Is there any way you can help me out with some tip about how to do it? We have already charged the mask and the ring. The steps that we are following are these: 1° we make sure the mask switch is off, 2° then we press de middle circle botton on the ring for 3 seconds iuntil the blue light starts flashing, 3° then we turn the switch of the mask to the ON positon and a little blue light starts flashing as well in the mask. ..... For what I understood, then we just have tu wait a few momments for the remote and mask get linked, and the flashing blue light on the ring should stop flashing, which it should means that it is currently connected, but that does not happen. We will really appreciatte if there is any more advise you migth give us to make it work, cause so far, Bruno (my sons name) is really sad because we have not being able to make it work. Any help on this matter I will really appreciatte it. Greettings and thank you very much in advanced!

Sorry to hear you're having this problem. I'm not sure why that wouldn't work because it sounds like you're doing it correctly. I'd probably suggest contacting the seller for help because I don't have any experience with that problem. And chin control.

I've only heard about models that let you control it with either a remote or with your actual eyes.
If I had to guess, I would assume the chin version would have some sort of button or lever inside the mask, near your mouth, that would let you open and close the eyes by opening your mouth wider than usual or moving your jaw in a specific way. But again that's just a guess.
I would probably suggest contacting the seller if you can't find the answer in the listing.

They just said that there was a mechanical lever like part on the inside of mask. So when you open your mouth both eyes squint
I wanna ask. Can you remove the mask from the face shell to change into different Spidey masks, or is it not possible?
I think it wouldnt work the same.
To me it seems like it should be possible, however it's glued into place, so if you do try replacing it you run the risk of destroying the original mask. You would also need to find a new one that would fit properly on the frame.

The mask is really uncomfortable to wear, I bought it 2 days ago , and I don’t recommend anyone to buy.
I bought the miles morales one and the lenses are so bad. They are like those glasses that modify the view making you...like...drunk?
Then it has problems with fogging. Basically unwearable. I applied for a refund but i have until 12/1 to see what to do. How could we modify that mask?

How do you link the damn ring !!!??
I believe you hold down the middle button on the remote until the little LED on the side starts flashing and then you you turn on the mask and it should connect. Let me know if that works or not.

The package comes directly from China, so shipping can take a while. Mine took over a month to be delivered.
Sellers also come and go. Even if they disappear online, shopping platforms have ways to keep them accountable.
