David, thanks for sharing. I,m a first time viewer of your channel. My name is the same as your name, has a C in the middle. As I listened to you I found myself finishing your sentences with the same thought before you spoke it. Also noticed we wear the same frames. The Universe must have wanted me to hear your message. Message received as logical truth. I too practice containing observed thoughts and lately that has been very difficult due to circumstances beyond my control. Thanks for the reminder.
