jason joachim most who underestimate Volca’s expect that if you buy a device it should be able to do everything. I love my volcas as a part of my synth collection. For example the Volca Kick doesn’t do everything but because it’s built for analog kick sounds and is true analog it’s impossible to find a vst that emulates an analog synth that would have that deep of a sound.
@@epicon6 is not deep sound is more like analog have varriation voltage etc... analog sound way more natural vst some more like a robot always the same line with analog you actualy feel like every note even the same have subtile difference
Even as "just" a sample source - it is a track maker time after time... after time. Going back further when Korg was "testing the waters" with the release of the monotron range... The level of useable and exciting tones is worth more than the cost of each unit by a considerable margin. Plus getting having an aux input going into that glorious filter - well what can I say? Love the Volca - got the keys... Nubass or beats is most likely the next one in the list, just brought another monotron classic (for mod purposes - I have the midi kit for it) so looking forward to having more exciting hardware to play with
sorry to be so offtopic but does anybody know a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot the password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
@Emanuel Aydin Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out atm. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Emotional and intense, hypnotic and dreamy, my mind drifted further and further, slowly, to that place we love to be, a state of mind that sets us free, so thanks for sharing it with me, and whomever comes across, and for some reason stops to hear , and see, unexpected mystery, your creativity, musical story, they must be lucky, to make this fortunate discovery!
This video convinced me I needed to add the Bass and Keys to my set up. These 5 make a great team. You can really do anything with this set up. Amazing track!
Dude this is seriously impressive to me! You have made some great music. I have listened to this probably about 8 times now and ever time I do I hear something else I like. I would love to hear more.
This is so fantastic. It's not always easy to find a good demonstration of what particular gear is actually capable of, so this is much appreciated! You're making the type of sounds that I would want to make with these
awesome, how deep and "vangelis-Like" the Volcas could sound. i always and ever loved the Sound of "electric" synthesizers, i mean the stuff of the ancient eras. Never thought that the Volcas (even if i own them) could sound so sweet
Well, I'm 4 years and 7 months late to the party! A lovely catchy piece you have done here, with a grand expansive sound ...and I was only looking for someone else who had connected their brand new SQ-1 to their MS-20 as I have just done. Thanks for uploading - liked, subscribed
I'm not a "bleep-bloop-blop" guy when it comes to synths- so I'm usually not a fan of a lot of sequencing, but this is really organic and musical. I'm almost more impressed with the Volca Bass and Keys than I am the MS-20. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome! Played me to tears ... having 3 Volcas, this forces me to get the SQ-1 ... Korg made my dream come true to get a home jammin' live set for cheap money ... your bass synth sounds tremendous!
That's a really lovely piece. I've got the Volca bass and beats in the post at the moment to go with my MS-20 and SQ1. If I can produce something half that good I'll be chuffed as a chocolate frog.
Still listening to this song 5 years later after watching it for the first time. Thanks Oliver!
I came here to listen to synthesizers and I left with so much feels. great sound design.
Same here! What a great journey!
Sound like a Com Truise track, AMAZING
Excellent. People truly underestimate the volca line.
