"Dynamical systems is my absolute favorite discipline in all of matthematics" by Steve Brunton. Anyway, super excited to follow this course. Thank you so much for your knowledge share.
Thank you, Twitter/X Algo, for leading me to this series. I remember the thrill of finally debugging a program to generate a Sierpinski triangle, back when the book "Chaos" by James Gleick first came out. I look forward to revisiting those old memories from a modern perspective.
Just saw a tweet about your book and that got me here, going to go through this series before the release, hopefully the book will have code! Looking forward to it !
The book absolutely does have code! You can re-create every single example in the book with the scripts and notebooks in this repo: github.com/jbramburger/DataDrivenDynSyst
Great job. I jumped into the lecture on poincare maps, as a refresher. Have also watched a few others as well. You are an excellent communicator, and the content is spot on.
always wear a black t-shirt when you make a video. It makes it easier to see stuff you write when you stand behind - other than that the videos are great.
