Thanks Amy, that’s a really nice compliment! I hadn’t been up to that area for quite a while and now I just want to go back again! It really is a spectacular region.
I can definitely recommend heading up there if you’re going to be in Vic anytime. It’s a beautiful area. It was a big test for the mic and I was really impressed how it handled the conditions.
It was blowing a gale up there and I was definitely thinking either pants or thermals would have been a good move! Such beautiful scenery through that area and made for a great day out.
Awesome hike! We are planning to do this in a couple of weeks.Thank you for sharing and I hope we don't get a windy day.
Hope you had a great hike up there and that the wind stayed away!
Beautiful storytelling! I miss the VIC parks... lovely lush bush.

Nice - thinking about ducking up there to do an overnight hike - some of that pine area looks amazing!
Yeah, it's a really nice area up there. Can get pretty cold so worth having an extra warm layer on hand!
Some really nice views and epic trees! Beautiful!
On a side note, the mic did really well in that wind, audio was great 👍

Looked like a wild and windy day! I felt cold watching you walk around in shorts. :)
I loved the trees at 3:40.

Great footage as usual. Thanks for posting it.
Thank you and thanks as always for watching!
Nice walk hope the weather would be a bit mild. Why is it so windy up in Mel?
It certainly was a wild and windy day for it that day. Probably a bit cold to be wearing shorts too as I found out!
Those menacing low hanging clouds! Glad you missed the worst of those.
Fortunately the rain held out so only had to deal with huge winds in the exposed areas. The elements always seem to be amplified in the mountains.
