Thank you! When the Kundalini awoke in me. I had no idea what is was, had never heard of it, didn't meditate or do yoga or anything, but it was so powerful! That was a few months ago and so much has changed for me since and that energy rises more often now, and several times has led to some absolutely intense mystical/spiritual, but decidedly not religious, experiences . These words cannot describe the transformative power of these experiences! Exhausting too though, draining. Pardon me for the long comment! Just found your videos the other day, they're awesome!
