Hi Andrew, I had ACL surgery last year, and I didn’t do any kind of exercise for the first 3 months, which was the worst. Then, I started doing the exercises my physiotherapist taught me, and I regained my mobility. The popping has stopped, and now I can run, jump, and even dance! love your content btw :-)

i did't know i needed another person talking about his situation as you did, it feels like a "friends conversation" (no inmidiat response part for you xd) with another 20 age person as i am. man, i think that as much as we do stuff, we all are also lost at some points. most of us still getting to know real world and real us at this time that we just gotta keep living everyday as good as we can and lead it to something that keeps us fullfilled in a near future too, the long time future is something we can't and we should't try to control, that's how i see it. keep going, andrew, i think you're doing good.
The stuff about recovery is so real. I destroyed both of my feet and I always forget I fucked my shit up until I try to do anything super active or productive
im ambers age and have been watching you guys since i was a sophomore in high school. i think amber and ashley had more atypical college experiences. what you're going through is veryyy common for a lot of people in college! you're gonna be okay, just keep going day by day. earning the degree is worth it

I just turned 21 and i’m going into year 2 of working for this tech company and I relate in some ways, life is very boring right now, I feel like I have no inspiration, I thought having a stable job would be good for me and in many ways it is but it negatively impacts my mental health and i’ve been thinking about quitting and going back to school, I feel like it will be the same level of stress if not more but at least i’ll feel like i’m working towards something different. Anyways I hope midterms go well for you and you’re able to get some good sleep soon. You’re working hard so I hope you see the benefits from that hard work soon!
