Me and many of my friends have quite a bit of experience being approached by beautiful foreign women thankfully even before bts explosion. But it is absolutely true there are more people who are interested in Korea after bts explosion. But I think a lot of Koreans still don't know what's going on in the world outside Korea unless they have foreign friends.

The guy from walking dead is a good example why we need more asian male representation . asian guys are normal just like any other guys. they shouldn’t be confined to any boxes. we need to put them in diverse roles.

I agree. Asian men and women need more representation and diverse roles in American media. Chinese people helped build America by building the railroads. Unfortunately for some reason it does seem like there has been racism towards Asians or really bad type casting. Marvels Agents of Shield, Hawaii 5-0 ( the new version), and Lucy Lui from the original Charlie’s Angels and several other movies and shows have hot Asians with strong roles. Every race has a variety of people with different talents and personalities, looks. Plus Asian American food is popular so it’s like where did the false narrative come from? Hard working people helped make America what it is today.
