Well...
He’s ba-ack!
Móric, who is almost fifteen months old, always discovering new things.
Although he often travels on his mom’s back, he is fascinated by climbing and playing too, And then, there’s the straw!!
The Zoo often provides video updates of Moric’s daily adventures outside-
-but as the autumn weather starts to kick in, he’s spending a lot of time indoors too.
What a precious baby. How could someone hurt or kill an orang. Unfathomable

During Covid I started watching videos of orangutans to distract myself from the craziness on my down time (I worked in a covid ICU) and it’s the one thing that came out of the mess that I’m thankful for. I love watching baby orangs & gorillas. So fascinating & adorable!!

I think they saved us a lot of our sanity. Plus I've learned so much about our closest relatives that my family comes to me with their questions now that I've gotten them interested too. My only regret is that I can't hold one of those babies! Mebby, you stay strong and know how much we appreciate what you all have done and continue to. You're heroes to us.

Oh my goodness how cute is this lil guy..that lil pot belly full of food..and he nearly got obliterated by the wood wool at the end.. he's still quite small for 15 months but is clearly a happy little boy

Orangutans are very good parents also. The mom will dote over her baby and won't leave his side until he is like 7 years old. I love orangutans

That baby Moric is a precious little angel. So cute and fun to watch. It fills my heart with joy to see the babies rolling around on their little fat bellies and playing and loving on their mamas. A beautiful thing to see.

It’s very unique. But every orangutan has such different characteristics; not just faces and body shapes but personalities. Enjoy!
