MotoAmerica 's Max Flinders 2023 Ep.4

MotoAmerica 's Max Flinders came into Road America with a newly built Yamaha R1 to finish out the season. However there was one little issue no time to do a basic shake down and make sure the bike was where he wanted. Max and the team spent most of Friday morning ironing out the bugs with gearing and suspension. Max made it through Q1, and then during Q2 had motor issues that resulted in bringing the B-bike back out to complete the weekend.
The first race on Saturday Max finished 15th because there was an issue with the handle bars right at the start of the race, but it did not stop him from doing the best he could and riding that bike like he stole it. Race 2 Max finished 11th moving up 4 spots proving that the B-bike is some what still a force to be wrecken with.
Next up is Max's King of the Baggers. That Indian Challenger and Mad Monkey Motorsports shows that a privateer does have what it takes to be up at the front of the back. Unfortunately race 1 Max didn't finish because of a mechanical, but didn't that didn't stop the Mad Monkey team. They were ready the next morning for warm ups, and couldn't wait for race 2. Race 2 Max showed everyone what's up by finishing 8th.
