Thanks for uploading these panels! Wei Koh your energy is inspiring. You keep mentioning your age but your energy levels belie whatever your age happen to be! I hear a lot of people say, "if I am not interested in a product, I just don't write or talk about it." I am not sure if that is enough. Marketing narratives have really flooded the watch enthusiasm spaces, and I feel like a lot of the passion from watch buyers has been exploited over the recent years. Oh well, caveat emptor. Edit: Actually, when I think about it. William Rohr said on a podcast in the early days of Timezone, that the only information available came from catalogs/advertising and that people would get these and put them online. I suppose today we have more information available than ever before. The Internet and international markets favored the buyer, but now influencers, hype marketing, artificial scarcity with production and retail network control have put pricing power back into sellers' hands.
I don't really know what to make of journalism if you only write and talk about what you like. Somehow it's like kissing ass is a passion. I miss the balance and the open critical attitude in the watch industry.
@@VectorSearch hi, Im new to the space, may I ask why? Ive been enjoying his videos and thought he was legit (doesnt feel scamy like the tiktok people), maybe Im wrong?

Roman Sharf? You just de-legitimized your efforts. Thought I would be able to take this channel seriously.
