- IXION is a semi-recent city builder inspired by Frostpunk in which you manage a travelling space station where the biggest danger is your own lack of planning skill.
It's decent fun so here's a long and completely amateur review video about it.
This is my first attempt at a bigger, review style video and behind the scenes it was a bit of a mess. I can happily say I learned a lot and already have plans to do more, hopefully not taking three months next time.

Thank you for the summary! I played the game on release & its nice to see folks taking the time to talk about it. Ill admit I could never wrap my head around the whole story with the sidequests, is there anywhere you'd recommend for reading/hearing an explanation of it?
Also, its been over a year but I hope you recovered fully from your crash!
I guess I'm a floor planning demigod that made a hype efficient station layout on my first playthrough, I beat the game with 4 sectors only.

Couldn't he tested the Vole engine somewhere farther then our moon ?
@@nicbahtin4774Yeah probably. It'd be a bit more of a trek to something like, say Mars, but the Tiqqun was perfectly capable of heading over there. Or just sending it off in interplanetary space or something, but I think Vanir liked what he saw with the Lunaclysm.
