I like what you were going for. I would like to see more horror gmod stuff. The animation could use some polish though. It looked like you looped the same picture frames back and forth. Also, have the black distortion be more consistent and fluent. Again, the looping frames makes it look more distracting than scary.
Sorry, the soundclips you used for the crying and screams were too high quality, sounded a little silly. I'd make em more muffled or "Old" sounding, the imprecise way shitty soundclips actually sound can really help with the horror.
