I made this last night for family al fresco dinner along with a big salad and a bottle of chilled Prosecco. Super easy and quick recipe. Everyone loved it. I cooked this today. No pine nuts, and butter instead of oil. I didn't have parsley, either. Served with Crusty olive bread. (No butter) oyster and chestnut mushrooms and one of those massive chanterelles. California garlic and too much wine. My Mother didn't complain. Fabio, you're a genius!

Ho aggiunto un po' di gorgonzola sopra il brie e ho aggiunto un bel po' di pancetta e prosciutto cotto ai funghi. Ho aggiunto al composto di funghi all'ultimo minuto prima di versarlo sui formaggi anche il brodo di ossa concentrato, e del burro. Si è rivelato SUPERBO! Dovresti provarlo!

350 (F) 10 - 13 minutes, top should be bubbly when heated thru. and leave cheese outside the frig for 20 min to warm up a bit, get a more even heat distribution that way.

Very disappointing, wate of product, unami mushrooms on top of unami brue with unami garnish nuts. Better off just baking brie with nuts and sautéing mushrooms separately. The dish needs some acid and I should've known better...

I baked it for about 7 min. I have a professional grade gas range. I would check on it because each oven is different. Enjoy
