French baguette recipe:
550 g wheat flour (sieved flour).
5 grams of dry yeast.
2 tea spoons of salt.
370 ml warm water.
We need a drop of sunflower oil.
We wait 10 minutes in a warm place.

I grew up with a baker, making several breads and dinner rolls daily. I still bake and I love the pastrys..anything pastry! Thanks for the video and tis a great basic recipe anyone watching can make, I encourage them to give this a try! I know I am going to make some to go with the soup I made today! I want to say thank you. I just made this bread 🍞 with white flour and it came out beautifully. It almost scorched at the top so what I did was I took it out of the oven and put melted butter 🧈 on the top and around the sides. I put the bread back in the oven for 5 more minutes And spread jam on the top of the bread 🍞. I will make this again thank you❤🥰❤❤❤ Oh I'm from New York City 😀

@@katerina.palaguta.01 yes, some people do that, they add 1 teaspoon of sugar for quicker rise. What I do with this sort of bread, i do not use yeast but I use my own culture made with banana flour. It rises beautifully. Cheers Katya happy baking.
