Making a Spongebob puppet!

In 2017 I came up with the idea to build a puppet of SpongeBob SquarePants and now three years later I finally was able to do it. SpongeBob was by far the hardest puppet I ever built so far, I also built Gary the snail but he wasn't that hard. This puppet is dedicated to Stephen Hillenberg, Spongebob’s creator who passed away in 2018.
All music is owned by Viacom and Nickelodeon

How were you able to move the mouth? I want to make a Spongebob puppet as well, but I couldn’t do an actual puppet mouth.

KevKevin Chabob it was mainly trial and error, but what I did was I cut out a section where the mouth would be and I have the top and bottom mouthpieces-separate and I covered the bottom with fabric around the edges, and I glued the fabric onto the foam front based on how far I wanted the mouth to open.
