Those teams stole money for over 100 years and are still trying to steal money. As far as being left behind, their fans are passionate, but TV says they don’t have enough value.
Wazzu’s big TV games are against the teams who are going to the Big 10. It’s more about them than the Cougs. Yeah, people watched Wazzu when they were in the top 25. Leach was a TV draw. Wazzu doesn’t have the same baseline audience as the teams that went to the other conferences.
Steal things?! They got up and walked out the door. There used to be 12 owners of the company and 10 left the company with no options/agreements/etc. F*ck the 10.
Don’t let logic or bylaws get in the way of greed. I love how all these dickhead programs were totally fine with screwing the PAC-2 but now they are being held to account they are throwing a fit.
What the other pac 12 teams were doing was trying to dissolve the league. I know they didn’t say that but you can see that from a mile away they were wanting to do that.
Unfortunately they can’t even though I would think it would be hilarious as well. They can penalize them according to the conference by-laws to the tune of a few million dollars.
Major victory for Pac2!!! Pac10 schools should be happy they don't have to pay a exit fee $$$ like most conference!!! You leave you get nothing!!! It's like any other conference bylaws!!! You want out then you get nothing!!! Bye bye bye 👋.
@@CulturePROVOCATEUR Sounds like you didn't read it correctly? What I said is they are lucky they don't have too pay a fee to exit like some conference do have too pay a exit fee $$$ to be able to leave to another conference. K?
None of the 10 departing schools are leaving until next August. They are all entitled to what they earned this year while they are still making money for the conference. You put in your 2 week notice at work and work the last 2 weeks, they still have to pay you.
I love how these schools and fanbases use this type of example. What it really looks like is a mass exodus of teams quitting, somehow creating a super majority to royally screw the remaining 2. And leaving OSU / WSU with the checks. Even in your example they would only get paid for the contributions up to the end of that two weeks - but the Traitorous Ten want to take away future earnings when the precedent is there for departing members not getting any further control of the conference they destroyed. Nice try.😅
Washington State and Oregon State have been treated poorly.....Disgraceful!!!!!
Paul is FAT!!!!!

@@lonnyrowden2630they were literally middle of the pac in tv money last year
@@lonnyrowden2630 the heck you are talking about. They have done really well on tv since the Mike leach years. Do you have eyes

My understanding was that the other 10 were even trying to get the Pac 12 to pay for their costs to enter the new conferences

don't these guys Know that Last yr USC and UCLA got no vote and no extra money ...hmmmmm

The money will be paid to the Pac 12 account......They can do whatever they want with it....The leaving team ,well, eat your heart out.

It would be hilarious if they could just take everything.

@@keithstone6283 Yea, and honestly it wouldn't really be fair if they could just take everything. But it would be hilarious.
Go Beavs!
The damage done to the pac12 also has a price!!

Why would the departing schools have to pay an exit fee? This is at the end of the television contract. the GOR expires next August

Probably would have been easier to just give USC a larger share of revenue
