1.) Get his head down
2.) Hip in, feet back, sprint towards his head
3.) Left arm tight waist, right hand reaches for the hamstring
4.) Bring both your arms back to your stance
Get the angle:
1.) Right foot steps up
2.) Windshield wiper left foot
2.) Drive into opponent (be on your toes!)
