Considering Cloud's backstory where you see him and how he grew up, he treated Zack as a brother he probably wish he had. Crisis Core shows this very well in my opinion plus i like this idea of pretending to be someone your actually not.
The music is creepy and amazing! The suspense and the eerie dread feeling from this is astounding. The visuals too are amazing. The constant shadow of Zack in the background makes it easy to see Cloud's struggles when trying to separate himself from Zack's personality and how much he suffers from it. Love it!

@Leonheart Well, discs 1 and 2 involves Cloud thinking he took Zack's place during the Nibelheim flashback. So his recovery could be confronting the truth that it wasn't him. After reading it, you're right, it doesn't make that much sense. But a Zack superboss isn't *entirely* out of the window.
