Hogs love watermelon, also since those are show hogs and high in muscle you’ll want to buy some Purina show chow or some other high protein feed to give them and then if you plan on butchering them give them a high fat feed for the last 3-4 weeks and oats and molasses and butcher around 300 lbs

You should go to a grain mill and get ground up corn for the pigs. They love it and you can have the grain mill add nutrients to the ground up corn
When I used to help my dad with the hog farm we had rest his soul. We would normally feed our hogs an sows (male hog/boar an female pigs) grains an feed corn. More so the feed corn especially since at the time it was cheaper but at least 1 to 2 times a week we would feed them 1 to 2 5gallon buckets of what we call slop. Slop consists of corn/whole corncobbs,meats,pastas,icecream,marshmallows and pretty much anything that was leftovers from the American Legion where my mom worked all just thrown together in the buckets she would bring home. Also you can save scraps/leftovers that y'all don't eat for them. Also as a bonus if y'all like rocky mountain oysters (hog nuts) y'all can harvest them off the hogs especially since if they haven't already been chopped the can an will breed extremely fast if not separated an male hogs will fight each other too if not dealt with at a certain age. Also incase y'all do decide to raise piglets if not taken care of they will grow tusks just like wild boars and be extremely aggressive. My dad once the piglets started showing small tusk starts he would take them off with a pair of wire snips to prevent future problems. It doesn't hurt the piglets it's just like despuring a rooster! If y'all don't want to do the nut removal or tusk snipping ya can always have your local vet come an do it for y'all or have him teach ya. This is about all I remember from our hog farm we used to have several years ago. Also y'all might want to invest in some metal feeders an water stations for them as plastic or rubber will not last long with these guys lol! Have fun with y'all's new hogs lol!😉😄😁😎👍

So if they were not together before you got them it’s common to fight, and also there is a medicated spray you can get if they fight a lot and there is blood or red spots, after a while they will stop fighting and you should get some fly spray because the flies will bite them like crazy.

I think flair should go turkey hunting, yesterday morning I unfortunately wounded a bird yesterday morning and could not recover it and this morning I had at least a 7lb bass on a frog pop off right at the bank, these last few days haven’t been the greatest but I would let it discourage me and going after them turkeys tomorrow!
