The two solutions I can give you are: 1) Look up the "off vocal" or "instrumental" of the song in question on UA-cam and use an audio downloader. 2) Purchase the official EP of the song in question, as Japanese EPs generally come with instrumentals.

Set it to the right tempo and play in time with that
Is this Alto Sax? I play the clarinet, and there's NO SONGS FOR THIS FOR THR CLARINET. And can a clarinet play an alto sax part?
