Every documentary and film ends after the battle of York Town but I wanted to know why the British felt the need to surrender after the battle, lo and behold they didn’t for another two years, I didn’t know that at all
They didn't surrender after Yorktown but major action winded down as the British were dealing with was with France. There was a feeling the colonies would collapse under self-governance and return.
