No donated weapons, no "energy", no adds, everything was free. You want new item? Use your current item, earn points, unlock new one, very simple. I miss the time when it was good, it died for me in 2017 with those cases, crystals and stuff that you could get only with money.
This game really attracted me so much that I started playing it last year and I am finished with the story and spec ops.I am at level 100 plus and i found out a lot of easter eggs.Below are some I found/Check in the game if you do not believe me. 1.In the story mission “Diversion”,if you look up at the sky,you can see and hear jets flying past you 2 times during the mission 2.In the story mission “Defence”you can use the machine gun on the truck to kill the enemies,not a lot of players realised this. 3.In some missions,60 percent accuracy might be difficult to accomplish,hence go for all headshots,and it worked out for me pretty well after a few tries. When this version worked, it did not require updating and there was absolutely no donation. It will be great if someday there will be an offline mod for version 1.2.0 (if possible). Recently an offline mod was made for the game Asphalt Overdrive. As far as I know, this is also a purely online game. And I began to hope that something similar would someday be released for the game Modern Combat 5.

Bro, there is still no information about the mod in offline mode Modern Combat 5? Just recently I saw version 1.2.0v of Eternity on the 4PDA website. Additional chapters are already built into its cache. They will no longer need to be downloaded in the game itself. Yes, in this version the servers are not working, but I found out that they can somehow be reassigned in the library using a disassembler and then you can try to make an offline mod for this game. And one of the experts in modding recently wrote that it is possible to make an offline mod for older versions, but for this you need to have experience... If you know any experienced modders, you can share this information with them. Maybe they know how to do this.
It's a shame because although this game has fairly decent graphics and models, the plot and characters except maybe for Saunders are so terrible that it feels like a huge downgrade
I was 15 when this came out and was so fuckingg excited for this game just to see a insanely bland story with little to no relation to the past, also the ending is very very anticlimatic. The online was the most improved aspect of the game but the story just sucks to see it ending like this with no continuation.
