Excellent! I’m enjoying these long country routes. This one I enjoyed more than the Lancaster to Keswick but only because the weather was better. Please keep posting.
An excellent trip. Country roads are so much more relaxing than the major motorways. 🐨🇦🇺
It is a nice journey through rural scotland to glasgow city centre.
What a beautiful afternoon you got for your journey. Helps make for a really nice video.👍👏
We don't go to The Highlands today, but enjoyed this one also a lot, very nice bus drive, thanks for sharing it!
The X74 is has been a favourite bus route of mine since these buses were introduced. Comfortable and surprisingly speedy, even with stops. It competes well with the Dumfries-Glasgow rail service, both on pricing, service intervals and journey time.
I would like to see coaches on the Edinburgh route.
@@s125ish Me too. Using Stagecoach town buses on the 101 and 102 routes out of Dumfries for the three hour long-distance run to Edinburgh makes for a slow, uncomfortable and rattly journey. The council transport authority say this service is underused and expensive to subsidise, so cut it back even before covid. Maybe they should try nicer coaches on this run and see how usage grows.
Nice journey. Just a pity to see so many roads and motorways covered in litter. Lesmahagow looks a dump too. Moffat was nice though.
stagecoach mega driver👍
I was at Hamilton is on the 22 October on a Saturday afternoon in the car so I have to go to Motherwell and then Hamilton 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘🚘☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡
Love thus video well done.
I work at stagecoach express and I have driven this bus and it’s pretty fun but I like more the plaxton panther le
Do Glasgow to Kilmarnock please 🙏
I wonder whether some people become claustrophobic within customarily cozy GB countryside there...I happen to miss it
Hi great video thank you , ever thought of filming route 500 Dumfries to Stranraer
I have not been down to Dumfries, using this service, this year. Unfortunately, what used to be the last UP service of the evening, back to Glasgow, has not been reinstated. Which is not helpful if you want to spend time in the wider area outside of Dumfries itself.
1:07:00 I've always wondered why motorway service stations have those multi-lingual drive on the left signs. How did drivers get there (alive) if they hadn't already been doing that?
Liked these buses arriving and departing Hamilton Interchange. Buses and rail link.
These are really lovely buses but the only gripe I have with it is that they never really put in enough stopping buzzers.
I live in Dumfries carin drive
Does the x74 have a toilet. Trying to plan a journey with 2x 4yr olds!
Not all X74 have toilets. As seen sometimes normal buses are used for this route.
