Hey Parag..........you hv done nice job...i am in the same field...we print transfers..instead of using hotmelt powder you can use printable adhesives but it will increase one more screen....best luck

@@devensharma305 Deven..unfortunately there is no video of transfer printing...litho back up is used but you need to know the process..you can get printable adhesives for both plastisol and water based ink transfers

Wonderful Job Sir! I just want to know, why you didnt print it directly from Screen, does that makes any difference in look and feel on the Tshirt
This method is best for ecommerce business, you don't have to Stock t-shirt of specific design or you don't have to spend lot of time print one t-shirt. You can print onto release paper and using heat press you can transfer the print onto t-shirt. So basically this method save money and time for ecommerce busines.

Thanks Parag bhai... Very well explained. I have a question... You said sublimation cannot be done on cotton but there are various videos showing the new techniques to do it. Can you throw some light on it.
Sublimation ink will not react with cotton fibres. But using special paper or PET film inkjet image is heat transferred to the top of the fabric by using powder.

You can sell those t-shirt is US marketplace like etsy I do this with 3rd party print provider but as you have a complete setup you can directly make tshirts and ship it to USA
The margins are pretty high as compared to India for same t-shirt
