I watched this video a year ago new and I couldn't understand the concepts of open guard and balance control. Now that I've rolled for a couple months (at a CMJJ school coincidentally) this information turned to absolute gold and I learn new things every time I watch it. Thanks for sharing Professor Machado. Now maybe I can practice these concepts against your respectful gentle killers.

Thank you, maestro Carlos for sharing these priceless knowledges with us. In the school time I tried freestyle wrestling, but I was very weak physically and it was not interesting for me. Now I can learn interesting and useful Jiu Jitsu technics and teach it to my son.
