The pressure that you apply also matters, if you apply extra force then it burns the skin, it happened with me as well…. Try to do it gently and it’ll all be good and try to clean the skin and let it dry before using it ❤❤

Aur halke se rub krna hai . Crystal hai wo😅.... Soft eraser nhi he wo... Jaise aap rub kare jaa rahe skin pe .. aisa karne se red skin kya , skin ka red pani b nikal aayega 😂

You have to be gentle and run it under lukewarm water with a coat of conditioner on your skin just as if you were shaving
You should rub very lightly with out using any pressure
