I think the Mid Year Reset spread is a really good idea to boost your motivation. How I do it is I spend 30 to 45 minutes on a weekend just flipping through the journal and writing in the new journal what I have achieved or gone through. A check-in with yourself once in a while can go a long way in making you feel better.
