The "I need to let my obliques atrophy to get snatched" crowd may be small and underrated, but it's incredibly tenacious and persistent, so thank you for acknowledging their impressive misinformation efforts. ❤
So their pitch is now literally "do these core workouts so that the side muscles in your core get weaker and smaller"? Am I hearing that nonsense right?
Honestly most people would never have obliques big enough to make their waists thick in the first place lol like girl your whole body is atrophied you don't need to worry about your obliques. If anything wouldn't larger lats make your wait look smaller
I was really annoyed by the influencers claiming to have "back fat" or "bigger arms," while being slim with little fat, and triggering any disordered eating in women thinking they look big, or seeing slim women claiming that and being like "If she thinks that's big, I must be huge," and any of that garbage that screws with women's self-image.
Body image and self image can be so distorted… I work in a bridal shop in Manhattan on the weekends and the things people say about their own bodies, when they are in a beautiful gown and are absolutely glowing and radiant, is just heartbreaking. Then there are the things other people say… 😳 mean moms and toxic “friends”, yikes. It’s made me reflect a lot on my own body image once I realized no one else sees what I consider “flaws”.
I look very petite to people but I have fat in my lower abs and bat wings. Like my arms are bigger than my ankles 😩not good. I realized I can’t just do strength training and lose fat so I incorporating cardio, keeping my calories the same. Lost an inch in my waist 😊 Probably inches off my arms too.
I hate the ones where they do stupid combo moves with light weights and act like you're gonna build muscle. You shouldn't be squatting with the same light weight you use for arms lol
The last woman discussing fiber is absolutely right. I am an RN and work in an endoscopy clinic. Fiber intake (about 30 grams per day for the an average adult), is an essential part of your diet. The only influencer I have heard addressing fiber intake is her daily meals is Keltie O’Connor. Eat your fiber everyone! 😊. And thank you for these videos Justina ❤
Eat more high fiber, but also high moisture foods. Mushrooms, greens, lettuce, spinach, etc. It's way easier on your system than supplements if you increase your fiber from food if the food itself is high moisture. If you're increasing fiber and then drinking lots of water, you may actually be drinking too much at once and diluting your stomach acid, which then gives you stomach discomfort. Water is important but should spread across the day, too much at once just makes you nauseous. Fiber is one of those things that works best if it's in tangent with foods that are going to support it and keep it moving.

Unfollowing almost every fitness influencer from social media has been a blessing for my mental health, physical health, and bank account. There's so few people I actually trust, credentials or not. Just like you said, almost every video or post nowadays is either an advertisement, disingenuous, or just downright dishonest. The "fitness" industry has put profits over people for a very long time, but now that everyone wants to be an influencer, it's become so overwhelming. I'm grateful to have come across your channel! This video definitely earned a follow.
Glad you pointed that comment out. I love watching lift videos and hearing people get excited about their lifts. I have seen some of these videos where the camera is aimed straight at the money shot, like if they squatted any deeper their asshole would hit the lense 😆 I'm like ok you lost your validity by not even showing the form.
6:03 that made my day. I've never (as a hetero dude) said to myself "I really need to work my chest muscles because my girlfriend would really like to look at huge pec muscles." In fact, as you point out, I've never worked out for anyone other than myself, and anything other than self-actualization.
Sometimes I think they lie about their certifications. I always love your explanations and scientific basis for it. I was a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 28 years and I am sure I made some mistakes as well based on information we had at the time. The peddling of shit supplements and workouts that bombard the internet and prey on less informed people is disturbing. The false claims from people who are also obviously on PEDs is repulsive as well. Happy 2024! Same shit, new videos!

Just want to say that at 3 months postpartum, my instagram algorithm has been full of this BS and seeing your videos breaking these down (especially the cortisol ones) has been extremely eye opening. A great reminder that a lot of these reels are ads for something or other.
When people use “cortisol” and “stress” interchangeably I become evil to my core. I’m so glad my hs taught me how to find and interpret scientific reporting. Hormones never have an isolated “purpose” anyway. We are a messy pile on evolution’s bedroom desk lol it’s always more complicated. Great video. Funny and informative. This content helps me snap out of it and remember these advertisements are not education.
I find it odd how often that medical things I’ve needed to do w/ a serious medical condition are being repackaged for the fitness industry. Probiotics is one which I’d take for my condition as I’d frequently be on antibiotics. Cortisol testing is another and they only tested it when I was incredibly unstable and my body was obv super stressed from my condition. It was also just to get a baseline to see where it was at. It’s like, yea it does make it harder to lose weight but at the point you need to be worried about cortisol levels, your weight is the last thing you’ll care about.
I feel so validated by your frustration 😅 because it shows how much you care about putting the right information out there. The sad thing is that debunking manipulative videos like these often get categorised into “hate” and honestly, maybe hating on shady things is a good thing 🤷🏽♀️
I’ve fallen for the “slim your inner thighs with this workout!” Crap, and now I have weirdly muscular inner thighs. They didn’t used to rub together and now they do a little! Guess I didn’t need the slimming, but man that thigh gap fad got to me! Great video about ridiculous marketing that more people need to know about. Too many people are getting sucked into products that don’t work, and getting disappointed and starting over with another wasteful product.
There is so much fear mongering online around just very common problems we are having simply due to sedentary lifestyle and bad diet. We don't need fancy pills, posture correctors, expensive concoctions - we need to just eat better and move more.
Exactly, the solution is very simple, so it wouldn't make much money. So people need to make things up to make money out of people who don't want a healthy lifestyle, they want aesthetic oriented miracles 💀
Justina, I love you! A long time ago I fell into the Tracy Anderson trap. I do not look like a dancer (I am sturdy and just 164cm tall). I really believed that I could transform my body and look like Tracy or (later) other influencers on Instagram. When I got older and wiser I realized that I can just make the best out of what I have and to look like these girls is not a realistic goal for me. I hope that you can "save" women before they fall into the same trap I have. Keep on influencing the right way!
My favourite was the “for the 777th time” one! What nonsense - I know from personal experience that you have to be told something 843 times for it to have an effect!
The oblique atrophy one 😭 thank you justine for always advocating for evidence based stuff ❤ i work as md and amount of that fitness and health related bs in social media is crazyy😢
I’ve been really focusing on fiber intake and you will naturally just eat healthier in order to meet your daily requirements (not including supplemental) I’m the annoying person now who’s asking everyone about their fiber intake
I don't understand why people are so irresponsible and selfish. Thanks you Justina for keeping it simple, true and fun. I watched the old fitness equipment video it's too funny.
This is the first video of yours I’m watching and you’re hilarious 😂 Subbed! There’s a lot of BS on the fitness part of the internet. The amount of misinformation is astounding.
The amount of crazy I've heard people at my office talk to lose weight has been alarming. The same bs as the creators featured in this video. That's why I'm so happy people like you and some of the other people I follow make videos like these to promote actual healthy changes and break down just how stupid some of these creators and products are.
Omg I can’t believe that video of you trying old fitness products didn’t take off, that was a great one! 😂 Watch it if you’re reading this and you haven’t
As a nutrition coach and fitness lover how did I not find you sooner. Loving your content. This video said everything I am always thinking but not smart enough to articulate. Thank you!
I love your channel so informative I’m a gym instructor and PT I help women over 40 regain fitness and work towards longevity and wellness your channel is one I point friends towards.
I would love to see you react to quality fitness content!!! I know it’s rare but this has helped me identify the bs out there so much, I would love to be able to identify examples of safe and reliable content!! And it would be nice to see someone supporting those creators who are trying to go that route. They often don’t get near as much attention or support.
I love watching your videos while I workout (habit stacking 👍🏼) but I think I need to stop doing that. You had me laughing so much I couldn’t keep good form lol. No worries, it’s totally worth it! 😂 thanks for making me laugh this morning.
I love this, especially the hard take on the marketing. The infantile, sexualizing and manipulative content. It infuriates me so much! Last week i saw a commercial for a product that was on tell sell incessantly in the nineties and is already debunked.
Great video, as always. Ladder's marketing is truly disgusting and I hope that people will start to understand that's not how it works (but they probably won't because that's what they want to hear).
They don’t want to hear it because the programs are pretty good. But there’s plenty of coaches who write great programs without making you feel like shit :)
THANK YOU for this video. So much of TikTok is advertising, hot words/trends - simply a selling tactic not always truthful or having your best interests for health.
And also freaking lighting!!!! The first before and after picture was all lighting. There was no improvement in "tone". And here I'm going to be rude and judge her physical appearance, but if after a year of doing a "toning" program my arms still looked like hers I would be very mad. Those are not toned arms, those are skinny arms.
Fun video, loved it. Speaking of trends, i kinda wish we'd stop calling us, women, "menstruating persons". Why not be proud of our gender? Also, many women don't menstruate but still have the complex hormones and the chromosomes that make them women. 😊
Thank you for this video, baby girl :))))) I think you are hilarious and I love your content! Can't stand the bs out there and I am so glad there is someone to call them out!
I don’t follow female fitness influencers most of the time (I do have a couple) because they’re like like oh do this to look like me, but then when you look at them it’s all photoshop, filters (even on the videos), or just the way they’re posing. Most of them are lying and it’s so frustrating.
There seems to be a lot of impatience in these ads/ programs, like getting fit in the least amount of time. Getting healthy and staying in shape takes time and effort if you want it to be sustainable. For a lot of people that means changing their diet and physical activity. It can be daunting and it takes time to establish new healthy eating routines and physical activity. I have been working out and changing my diet for the past 7 years and there are still things I am working on. For long term health by that I mean living a healthy lifestyle until you die takes commitment and time. Starting with small manageable changes in diet and exercise and building on that creates the best chance of long term success. These stupid “abs in 2 weeks” and quick weight loss promises by influencers set people up for disappointment and feeling discouraged
this is the first video i've seen from this channel and whew, that last one got me. i have ibs and all of this obsession with curing "gut health problems" with expensive supplements and whacky diet plans really irks me. i figured out that my gut issues improve when i have better stress management and mental health rather than eating a certain diet. but it's always one size fits all when people have something to sell...
I love your videos, Justina, you're absolutely brilliant! You've made me laugh so much as well (witness protection😂) I'm now trying to get over plantar fasciitis, really painful and annoying. I feel a bit down because I've had to put aside running, which I love, at least for a while. When I see your videos, I think Thank God I'm not on TikTok. It's a conscious choice of mine because I want to stay away from this sort of input, which it's dumb but, seriously, very harmful. Even though I know (because you educate us!) how those marketing tactics work, I still sometimes feel like kind of a loser, like I'm missing out or not doing my best, reaching my top goals, bla, bla, bla. A lot of fitness content has become extremely toxic so thank you so much for your work and your sense of humour. Hugs from Spain😊
Oh my word, that reminds me of an ad I saw on Pinterest recommending exercises to make your calves "smaller" - why on earth would I want to do that? I'm proud of my calves, they're the result of playing tennis for 9 years, lol!
I do cardio and/or hiit workouts that are often labeled as fat burning or belly reducing, etc and I just roll my eyes and carry on doing the workouts for my cardio health.
I notice that a lot of fitness influencers have very thin, unhealthy looking hair. Shows that they are neglecting actually healthy habits/food and malnourishing their bodies. Sometimes thin hair is genetic, but not in the majority of cases.
Fitness content made for people like me (women) is so full of propaganda to make you feel worse about yourself and give money to whoever promises to fix your insecurities. It’s infuriating, not being able to participate in the fitness community because of all this. It’s also infuriating to see many teenagers and tweens fall for this, who shouldn’t be expected to know better, but nobody is going to care enough to protect them until it’s too late and they have an eating disorder.
The thing about cycles is that it's also totally different if you're on some sort of a birth control. I've been on the pill and off the pill, and my body works totally different.
Going off the the last video about fiber, can you talk sometime about the carnivore diet? Why the heck is it such a big thing and what sort of havoc would that actually create in someone’s body, or could there be benefits?
for the second one, she’s using buzzwords for people who don’t know anything abt exercise, but what she meant by “snatched waist and fat burning” is that it’s a low intensity exercise, so it uses fat as the primary energy store after immediate glucose, and it targets lats and upper body, as well as side / main glute, which is what creates the slim waist illusion. it’s misinformation but it’s bc u can’t explain exercise physiology in a caption
I did a whole video on cycle syncing using the current studies we have, and the conclusions were actually just “listen to your body.” There were huge variations across different people, so no general recommendations have been made.
Agree about marketing, Justina. 👏💯🔥 They never show the difference, but in Yoga they often do, even when they do they promise easy and fast results... Don't even get me started on semi naked women... 🤣🤭 Agree with your points in regards to fancy modern fitness equipment. 👏🔥
Kinda unrelated but NASM just made an option to do an open book cpt exam. Frustrated with this bc I feel like it takes the actual knowledge you have to apply and learn and makes it was easier now to just look in the book and find the answer. Would love to know your thoughts!!
Oooooof yeah I don't think I like that. A lot of continuing education courses are open book, which I'm fine with. But to get that intro cert, there's something to be said about just KNOWING IT.
Pretty much all women over 35 need pelvic floor workouts. Not just moms who pushed a baby out. Pelvic floor issues cause a lot of sex, bladder and bowel issues. Many of which are chronic pain from either off centered, too lose or too tight muscles. Most women, and a lot of men, need pelvic floor help.
I have to laugh. This girl says you have to go "ghost mode" on December 26th and be snatched by December 31st. So go ghost for 5 while days. BUT ALSO the workout is only 30 minutes. That makes no sense. I rock climb and I love climbing because I disconnect from my phone and focus on my sport, so this idea of going ghost COULD BE beneficial for some BUT she wants you to go ghost for 5 days when you're only working out for 2 1/2 hours. How fucking bizarre. This makes no sense.
I honestly think it's an editing mistake because they CHURN OUT this content with the same videos over and over with different dates lol. It's so silly.
@@JustinaErcole oh I'm sure. But like, it's clear that whoever is writing about going ghost is also at odds with the fact that their marketing wants the program to be "just 30 minutes a day" or "just 10 minutes a day" etc. Pick a lane lmao
On vibration plates my mum uses ours every day several times. She has very bad Rheumatoid Arthritis as she's had it for 25+ years. It really helps with her stiff joints and improves her ability to walk. So I recommend it for people like that. I tried it and weirdly my legs started itching and turning red. No idea why.
Hi! Your somatic nervous system controls your sympathetic and parasympathetic "fight or flight" responses. The vagus nerve is a part of this system that affects a lot of organs. The lymphatic system is involved in your immune system function. I recommend talking to a doctor to learn more. Osteopathic Medicine doctors specialize in treatments targeting over or under activation of these systems using specialized treatments. They also do a full office visit to talk about all the lifestyle habits or experiences that can cause problems. You are correct that humans are complex and it can be very difficult to pick out or prove an exact cause of someone's physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual struggles. You've made some excellent points in this video. Thanks for sharing.
Okay I just stumbled across your channel (although I believe I've seen one of those videos a bit ago) and I just love your vibe! I did a really short 5 minute stretch while watching and I'm just gonna binge watch your whole channel now!
If you are a woman that has been doing sports for a while and are in tune with how you've been feeling, you don't need a research to see how cycle syncing is real. Like I don't need researcher come and tell me my energy during my period will be lower for my workouts, I can already sense it
Oh my Justina! So much cringe. And I got a V-Shred ad when I started (how many of these do I need to block; he’s worse than any of these IMO). On the plus side, props to you for mentioning Jason and Lauren Pak. LOVE their message, so much more positive and logical! Thanks 😊
The 5;23 ad was awful. "You'll get laughed at for doing our workout!" Like, how does that convince anyone that they should start doing it? "We attract people trapped in terrible relationships!" is a weird approach.
2:37 not exactly the where fat is lost but hormones play a huge role in where you **first** gain fat and for loss def plays a role in how early fat loss is noticeable (as well as how long it takes to build muscle)
I love your commentary, thank you. One thing I want to discuss is how you said people with periods are more hormonally complicated. I recently learned that that's not true, as men's hormones fluctuate more wildly and unpredictably throughout a day whereas women's are more affected by the menstrual cycle which is less unpredictable (of course menstruating people all experience our cycle differently, but it's a myth that men are somehow easier to study and draw conclusions from). I stared learning about this from the BBC 28ish Days Later podcast, specifically the Day 8 episode I think. They talk about the lack of research on women beyond elite athletes like you mentioned, too, and interview scientists trying to change that.
Ahh yes I kind of misspoke so thank you for pointing this out! Men are also hormonally complicated, but I meant more that scientists weren't willing to learn another complex hormonal cycle for studies but that's slowly changing. Thank you for the podcast recommendation!
I really admire female coaches who actually teach and show movements in exercises instead of showing up butts 😩

My favourite was the “for the 777th time” one! What nonsense - I know from personal experience that you have to be told something 843 times for it to have an effect!
Hahahahahahaha
🤣
The oblique atrophy one 😭 thank you justine for always advocating for evidence based stuff ❤ i work as md and amount of that fitness and health related bs in social media is crazyy😢
that one made me so sad. "let's let our muscles waste away so we can look like supermodels" :(
I’ve been really focusing on fiber intake and you will naturally just eat healthier in order to meet your daily requirements (not including supplemental) I’m the annoying person now who’s asking everyone about their fiber intake
Haha I love that!
I don't understand why people are so irresponsible and selfish. Thanks you Justina for keeping it simple, true and fun. I watched the old fitness equipment video it's too funny.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is the first video of yours I’m watching and you’re hilarious 😂 Subbed!
There’s a lot of BS on the fitness part of the internet. The amount of misinformation is astounding.
Happy to have you here!
The amount of crazy I've heard people at my office talk to lose weight has been alarming. The same bs as the creators featured in this video. That's why I'm so happy people like you and some of the other people I follow make videos like these to promote actual healthy changes and break down just how stupid some of these creators and products are.
Happy to have you here!
yes - january is an especially shitty months to eat lunch in an office setting🫣
Omg I can’t believe that video of you trying old fitness products didn’t take off, that was a great one! 😂 Watch it if you’re reading this and you haven’t
I thought it was so funny and I’m glad you agreed 😂
Loved that one 😂
As a nutrition coach and fitness lover how did I not find you sooner. Loving your content. This video said everything I am always thinking but not smart enough to articulate. Thank you!
I love your channel so informative I’m a gym instructor and PT I help women over 40 regain fitness and work towards longevity and wellness your channel is one I point friends towards.
I’m so happy to have you here!
You're really taking one for the team watching all these tiktok videos😂 thanks Justina I really enjoyed the video🥰
So glad you enjoyed!
I'm definitely trying to include more of them! thanks for the reminder :)
I love watching your videos while I workout (habit stacking 👍🏼) but I think I need to stop doing that. You had me laughing so much I couldn’t keep good form lol. No worries, it’s totally worth it! 😂 thanks for making me laugh this morning.
Hahahaha that’s my bad
I love these videos! People like you making exercise science digestible for the common person has helped me so much in my fitness goals
So glad you enjoyed!
@@JustinaErcole the fact that they have good programs but they advertise like that makes it even worse.
👏 love this. I’m so happy there are creators like you to counter the bullshit which is just everywhere.
Ohh the AI voice reading is so annoying.
The way it said pilates got me good lol
Girl!! you hit the nail on the head with this video!!!! Well done!
Thank you!
Everytime I watch this type of video the baby girls sis arrive at my exploring page on Instagram, so, here we go!
Oooooops lol
THANK YOU for this video. So much of TikTok is advertising, hot words/trends - simply a selling tactic not always truthful or having your best interests for health.
You are so welcome ❤️
15:15 😂 the secret to 99% of before and after pictures
THIS!
My trash tv are some TLC “reality” shows but I listen to them while I work usually. 😅
i love that!
There needs to be a moratorium on the words "snatched" and "girlies". Love the fiber rant at the end though!
Fun video, loved it. Speaking of trends, i kinda wish we'd stop calling us, women, "menstruating persons". Why not be proud of our gender? Also, many women don't menstruate but still have the complex hormones and the chromosomes that make them women. 😊
And I’m not one of them 🫠
"people with a period"...so women? lol
nope lol
great ask your dad who gets a period lmk@@JustinaErcole
Thank you for this video, baby girl :))))) I think you are hilarious and I love your content! Can't stand the bs out there and I am so glad there is someone to call them out!
hahahah thank you!
THIS 100%!
Trash TV favorite: Love is Blind! Definitely recommend :)
Oooh sounds fun!
this is the first video i've seen from this channel and whew, that last one got me. i have ibs and all of this obsession with curing "gut health problems" with expensive supplements and whacky diet plans really irks me. i figured out that my gut issues improve when i have better stress management and mental health rather than eating a certain diet. but it's always one size fits all when people have something to sell...
Omg this is exactly why after getting into the industry I jumped right back out. We need more people like this! Supporting reality checks
thank you amber!
Hugs from NYC!
“Pie-lattes for pelvic floor” 😂
Hahahahahahah
Lol
"Is she in witness protection?" 🤣😂🤣
Gosh I missed sassy Justina since vlogmas ended...glad she's back dropping knowledge. ❤
She’s back!
Oh my word, that reminds me of an ad I saw on Pinterest recommending exercises to make your calves "smaller" - why on earth would I want to do that? I'm proud of my calves, they're the result of playing tennis for 9 years, lol!
hahaha also not how the body works at all
this was the best video! I was equal parts horrified by those ads and yet laughing out loud at your commentary. Loved this !
Glad you enjoyed!
I hope no one comes for me when I say that my fave trashy tv show is Gilmore Girls.
Same.
i love this take.
Potentially! I definitely don’t want to speculate on someone’s health based on their hair, the same way I wouldn’t speculate based on someone’s size.
THIS
I’m so sick of everyone calling everyone girlie🙄. Ima a gal if I’m anything lol.
The thing about cycles is that it's also totally different if you're on some sort of a birth control. I've been on the pill and off the pill, and my body works totally different.
Social media fitness influencers are out of control for sure
My labs have proven that fiber has snatched my waist, Girlie!
Hahahahahaha
It's also annoying to me when other women call me girly girl, baby girl or something similar. It is patronizing.
I hate this “POV” thing every fitness influencer is doing. It’s so stupid.
YES!
Going off the the last video about fiber, can you talk sometime about the carnivore diet? Why the heck is it such a big thing and what sort of havoc would that actually create in someone’s body, or could there be benefits?
That’s definitely more in the realm of an RD, so I would check out their take instead :)
for the second one, she’s using buzzwords for people who don’t know anything abt exercise, but what she meant by “snatched waist and fat burning” is that it’s a low intensity exercise, so it uses fat as the primary energy store after immediate glucose, and it targets lats and upper body, as well as side / main glute, which is what creates the slim waist illusion. it’s misinformation but it’s bc u can’t explain exercise physiology in a caption
I highly doubt that’s what they mean, but go off
Definitely benefits exercising according to your cycle because of different energy levels + hormone changes throughout the month.
I did a whole video on cycle syncing using the current studies we have, and the conclusions were actually just “listen to your body.” There were huge variations across different people, so no general recommendations have been made.
Can I just say, you are one of my favorite people. You've helped me tremendously ❤.
I’m so happy to have helped!
Im always so thankful that my tiktok algo has me at animal videos and dad jokes.
mine is also half cat videos lol
Pretty much all women over 35 need pelvic floor workouts. Not just moms who pushed a baby out. Pelvic floor issues cause a lot of sex, bladder and bowel issues. Many of which are chronic pain from either off centered, too lose or too tight muscles. Most women, and a lot of men, need pelvic floor help.
Agreed! I think it’s important to integrate in everyone’s training :)
I’m an older NZ qualified PT and I just found your videos today, love them!
I'm so happy to have you here!
This is...AMAZING 😂🙏🏻 And yep, Below Deck is THE trashy TV.
No idea why.
i'm glad it helped your mom find some relief!
I'm gonna pause, get my tea and settle in...... this is gonna be good!
yesss tea is necessary :)
Fitness and porn are closely related now unfortunately. It’s super weird
Love this video, just found you thank you. Now we need good fitness advice!!
So happy to have you here!
How boring would a meal be without any vegetables? You some tomato, Brocoli or something to liven it up.
Okay I just stumbled across your channel (although I believe I've seen one of those videos a bit ago) and I just love your vibe! I did a really short 5 minute stretch while watching and I'm just gonna binge watch your whole channel now!
So happy to have you here!
If you are a woman that has been doing sports for a while and are in tune with how you've been feeling, you don't need a research to see how cycle syncing is real. Like I don't need researcher come and tell me my energy during my period will be lower for my workouts, I can already sense it
Good for you! I never said it wasn’t real. I said there isn’t enough research for people to be selling programs.
I just love your videos Justina! You just say it as it is! I so love that! Thank You 🙏
Thank you so much!
Oh my Justina! So much cringe. And I got a V-Shred ad when I started (how many of these do I need to block; he’s worse than any of these IMO).
On the plus side, props to you for mentioning Jason and Lauren Pak. LOVE their message, so much more positive and logical! Thanks 😊
they're fantastic!
The 5;23 ad was awful. "You'll get laughed at for doing our workout!" Like, how does that convince anyone that they should start doing it? "We attract people trapped in terrible relationships!" is a weird approach.
seriously!
2:37 not exactly the where fat is lost but hormones play a huge role in where you **first** gain fat and for loss def plays a role in how early fat loss is noticeable (as well as how long it takes to build muscle)
laughing as I watch this!! I only now trust people who went through the training and are certified :)
If only I saw videos like this when I was 16 ❤❤❤ I hope young women see your video and can learn from you on breaking down these insane ads!!!!
