it is very hard to remember so many drinks, but at the same time its probably not as hard as you think. they're all really based around some pretty basic drinks just with certain modifications. its basically like those 'secret menu' drinks, when a drink has a lot of modifications and you end up writing like a million different things on the cup you might as well just give it a name and write one thing on the cup.
They're all basically the same with minor adjustments, and people always ask for the same shit. Like iced refreshers and teas often get the same steps, with different ingredients. Espresso drinks have mostly the same routine with minor differences in the ingredients, and if it's iced or hot. Frappuccinos are a whole thing on their own but they're all basically the same honestly. And people often ask questions even after months of working there, it's a difficult thing to master.
I've never had anything from Starbucks but the idea gives me anxiety. Like, there are so many options, and names, and people.. My heart started poundind just because i watched this lol

Love to try this. They had really great people helping them learn how to make items as well as serving the customers with food. Coffee making is a piece of art.
FYI to anyone who comes into a corporate store, which is the majority of stores you’ll come across, STARBUCKS DOES NOT OFFICIALLY HAVE A SECRET MENU BOOK OR A SECRET MENU AT ALL. This store in this video is a licensed store and has the option to do as they please while still creating the Starbucks experience, hence having a handmade booklet of drinks essentially created by customers who wrote them down and shared on social media. The atmosphere of this Starbucks does not depict every other Starbucks location. They are essentially a cafe only store, located inside another building, and only cater to in cafe customers. It’s a very slow setting. Most corporate stores on the other hand are the total opposite. During peak times, it is a fast paced workplace with very little room for error to keep up with demand, times, cleanliness, and of course, customer satisfaction. Trust me, I would love to work at a corporate cafe only store like this, but the drive thru is where most money is made and that’s where Starbucks has gone.
Starbucks doesn't actually have a secret menu lol. This shop most likely does do to the fact people always order it. The rest of us.. rarely has it. At least y'all got training the first day with drinks. I worked there for 2 months and never got trained but I know the recipes.
Yeah what's up with the no training thing, I got put on frapuccinos the first day on the job without even knowing any of the recipes! I figured them out by pestering my coworker for every drink lol
if you want to actually try the captain crunch frap- they mistook SCF for salted caramel which is why it came out wrong- SCF is strawberries and creme frap!
Technically we can still make them. We just don't make the Cold Brew whip cream anymore since the S'mores frappuccino came out we make Marshmallow whip cream instead.
Technically no we can’t bc you don’t have the dark chocolate for TMF. Not even supposed to offer it. I guess you can use the milk chocolate but there’s no white mocha in the Whip so 🤷♀️
Ao The Squirrel we were told by our DM to just throw them out when we reopened our store (remodel was happening during summer 1 launch) and we were just like okay 🤷♀️

Reminds me of 2 years in Dubai Starbucks thank you so much... All is similar this is the reason Starbucks is so famous all over the world
Y'all should do a video about ordering the whole star bucks menu
Honestly this just brought me back to training and not gonna lie, not the best memory.....
I badly wanted to become a starbucks barista 😩 I’m gonna graduate with business management and I’m gonna end up as a starbucks barista I would be so proud of it.
1. I want JP to say "Thanks for coming to Starbucks" exactly the way he did at 2:15 every time I go to a Starbucks from now on
2. 7:24 HOLD UP
3. IT'S REAL
As a new Starbucks barista I'm going to tell you we don't have a secret menu book. And this video made this look about half as stressful as the job really is. I feel like a chicken with my head cut off most of the time running around. But it is a great job😊
9:17 in the background “bruh”
The staff is absolutely adorable!
Hey babe! I met you at Playlist List!!! You are KILLIN’ it! Great video!!!
Omg I love your videos
Crazyy to see this video, gradutated from oneonta last semester and im starting to work at starbucks. this place really does follow you everywhere
I just started a job at a cafe as "front of house" I was kind of hoping I'd just be waitressing but I have to learn all the drinks and I've never used a coffee machine or steamer before 😂 he's like "you'll get a faster once you're use to it" and I'm like I thought I was doing pretty well I've never done anything like this before 😂 😂
Love to try this. They had really great people helping them learn how to make items as well as serving the customers with food. Coffee making is a piece of art.
Only stranger things fans will understand this...

Joyce:hopper... MY MAGNETS!!
You should change your description from “team member” to “Partner” 🙃. Cuz that’s what we call our fellow baristas!

My training in a nutshell
hey guys its me accurate
U two got the coolest job and that would be my favorite place Starbucks 😍😍😍😄
*We love ventay*
Starbucks doesn't actually have a secret menu lol. This shop most likely does do to the fact people always order it.
The rest of us.. rarely has it.
At least y'all got training the first day with drinks. I worked there for 2 months and never got trained but I know the recipes.
Yeah what's up with the no training thing, I got put on frapuccinos the first day on the job without even knowing any of the recipes! I figured them out by pestering my coworker for every drink lol
Skinny caramel Frappuccino, no whip, omfg it’s so goooooood
I love these kind of videos, I hope to see more. Very fun to watch.
if you want to actually try the captain crunch frap- they mistook SCF for salted caramel which is why it came out wrong- SCF is strawberries and creme frap!
maura tiara STCF is strawberries and cream frap.

Julia: This is a real order guys.
In the winter time I love ordering a White Hot Chocolate. About 90% of the time I get regular hot chocolate, not many know about that drink.
Y’all really posted this after they discontinued the triple mocha and ultra caramel lmao
Technically we can still make them.
We just don't make the Cold Brew whip cream anymore since the S'mores frappuccino came out we make Marshmallow whip cream instead.
Technically no we can’t bc you don’t have the dark chocolate for TMF. Not even supposed to offer it. I guess you can use the milk chocolate but there’s no white mocha in the Whip so 🤷♀️
@@kiman6 Ah our store still has the dark mocha.
Ao The Squirrel we were told by our DM to just throw them out when we reopened our store (remodel was happening during summer 1 launch) and we were just like okay 🤷♀️
Ao The Squirrel yeah, we don’t have it either. The closest thing to it is a Mocha cookie crumble frap
I definitely need to try those drinks in the secret menu too!!🤤
Nobody talked about when JP drank from the btl and then gave it to a costumer! 😅😅😅😅
Or am I just wrong
I'm glad they have the secret menu book after so many years of saying so much ingredientd
I've not had a Starbucks in 20 yrs...now I see why they cost a bit....shake that 10 times...pump this in there and mix that...
The managers seemed fun to work with...
Respect for the Starbucks barristers
U should try the passion tea lemonade it’s really good.💙💙
I like mine with a little bit of lemonade
It’s soooo good with vanilla and raspberry
Heyy.. I voted Starbucks on the poll. I was right.😋 A lot of people thought it was gonna be Chipotle.
JP is so funny! You guys should go to a Starbucks and tell them your name is j’ping 🤣
