My teenagers would have been asked to remove themselves for interrupting a discussion at home like Ms. Atkins just did . Had they not done so, they would have been escorted out of the room by me. She should have been removed. But I have to say I think constantly finger pointing across the aisle should be banned. He certainly exasperated the situation. Make your point and all other MPs will know who you blame without the explicit and continuous "they did it" comments using up your time on the floor would be a more adult approach.
She laughed after being told off and sat down. I hope they never govern again.

The person in the chair is doing so temporarily if you were being kind you could say he didn't want to make much of an impact. If you weren't being kind, he's the Tory who objected to the upskirting ban so doesn't think most people should be treated with respect

Only fair if they cut her pay for obstructing parliament. It should be like in court, the speaker determines if you’re obstructing, gives a warning, swiftly holds you in contempt on the second occurance and fines you. Repeat offender? Pay cut. Then just put in a complaints procedure to deal with any.
