I just realized that the last QAB on orion cards literally made this a 50/50 chance run... AND NOVA GOT THE CRIT twice HOLY luck, tho i can feel there are harder battles coming your way oh and keep an eye on mordy over there :D

its gets worse in the future, with the ammount that she has in her roster i hope she can solo carry a support dps cause if you cant burst down the rest of the knight theyll have more wierd gimmick she have to handle, gawain is just harder then the bunch cause he has atk resists stronger then the other knights

7:11 The buffs aren't exactly the same.
It's only a 50% damage reduction in the second encounter.
He still gains 2 charge per turn, but this time he actually uses his NP instead of just a strengthened attack and he can now use his battery skill as well. So he's easier to kill, but also kills more easily.

Did nobody tell her about Euryale?
At this point, she still doesn't know the fundamentals.
She still thinks if she puts enough 5-star AOE units, she could wipe out the enemy....and this has been true for the prior 5 singularities. As for not using Euryale, any other gacha that isn't FGO would tell you anything below 4 stars are worthless. Plus, she is of monke brain, she won't pay enough attention to chat's advice to do it anyway.

To be fair, I had to do research to figure out Euryale was my best option, and even then I did unga bunga by running double Euryale
They did tell her to use Euryale and she did in a somewhat desperate attempt tried to level up her Euryale but in the end she stumbled upon support Super Orion and chat told her to use him.

They def nerfed this battle.
It's not nerfed, just significantly easier now with the introduction of stronger servant options since the original release.

Look at that measly NP damage from Morgan? Morgan should be able to slap Gawain pretty hard with just her own buffs. But Gawain here is still hyper buffed as always. So there is definitely no nerf. Now the thing is, we all know that Super Orion can even clap Lancers with his crits. So even tho Gawain still has his buff, being a Saber makes him a juicy target for Orion lol
