How do I take out the coffee grinder from the machine? I can’t see any lock or unlock function

Nope! Unfortunately don't have an exact ETA, however it's due to arrive around the globe within the next couple months as far as I understand

Pressurized or non-pressurized baskets?

This machine has only non-pressurized baskets. The older La Specialista machines with pressurized baskets are from a few years ago and have long since been discontinued. The La Specialista series has gone through several iterations since then, and is leagues better than the original. Upgraded grinder, better steam wand, new baskets and portafilter, cold brew functions etc
