Hey Jessica! Awesome its so much fun :D Well, what I can say is that there is a big difference between board brands in general in terms of riding experience. Best would be to try some and see what feels best for you. My favourite is definitely the Carver and the size / lenght of the board effects how maneuverable it is. Also best to try it out and chat to the guys in the shop :)
