I eat one whole egg a day for breakfast. I add egg beaters for volume and one slice of American Cheese melted in. I use olive oil and a pinch of garlic powder, no salt added. Yummy.
I eat my eggs with cheese. I love omlettes! I used to eat omlettes and hard boiled eggs all the time. I stopped eating them due to time, and I noticed I am a lot hungrier now. On average I'd eat 8 eggs a week, but I felt better than I do now eating less.

ajcn.nutrition.org/content/87/4/964.abstract Conclusions: Infrequent egg consumption does not seem to influence the risk of CVD in male physicians. In addition, egg consumption was positively related to mortality, more strongly so in diabetic subjects, in the study population. What says on the video is right. Infrequent consuption will not cause harm. Large consuption is another story.
Just because eggs have "good" cholesterol doesn't mean that you should eat them 15 times per week every week. Too much of anything can cause health issues. Too much water can make you sick, as well as too much calcium or other vitamins. They talked most about people with health issues and how THEY should limit their cholesterol intake. I don't think they were completely wrong, but yes, they could have emphasized that the cholesterol in eggs isn't completely bad.
