Turmeric Powder - 1/3rd tsp
Cumin Powder - 2 tsps
Coriander Powder - 2 tsps
Red Chili Powder - Half tsp
Salt - 2 tsps
Tomatoes - 3 medium
Chickpeas boiled - 800g (dried - 350g)
Coconut Milk by @DucocoAlimentos - 200 ml
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves
Lime Juice
Water - 175 ml

Just curious since I used to love eating curry but I have become intolerant to tomato sauce and it just does not taste the same without it. Is there a way to make curry without the tomatoes but still takes good?
Oh yes absolutely, not all Indian Curries call for tomatoes, you can use good amount of ginger garlic paste with onion and prepare curries that way too. I ll soon make one without tomatoes 👻
That was a lot of oil you put in there and I don't use oil
You can also replace oil with vegetable stock if you prefer
