Stake fishing is going on in the densely polluted waters of this part of the Mandovi with boats discharging their diesel and garbage? And the people of Panjim eat this fish?
So many revolts from people to remove casinos from mandovi river. Newly elected panjim mayor also initiated but unsuccessful. I feel 1 or 2 casino is fine for the rivers....but now there are many and creating obstruction in natural beauty and some casinos are fradulently damaging natural sea water by throwing diesel and other waste..no one to check on this...why is government not taking strict action?
@@shriyasnehanoronha3438 everyone is paid off in cash or kind, Panjim has no gram sabha and people have ostrich mentality: heads buried in air conditioned homes, giant flat screen TVs, cash pouring in from NRI family members... GPSCB is under the thumb of the government, Government is under control of vice lobbies...

Mandovi river is so beautiful but the casinos....like dragons on the river are spoiling the scene...i hope they go out of Goa very soon
