I’ve seen that issue with the pegs on Viewfinder on that KO before in another guy’s video. Fortunately that guy also found a pretty simple fix for it. Just need a screwdriver (for getting the legs apart to help get the stuck pegs out), some glue (to keep the pegs in place) and some sand paper (to make the pegs less stiff and less likely to get stuck). Other than that occasional QC issue, it’s looking like a pretty good KO. Useful for people who aren’t interested in paying over hundreds of dollars for the original mail-away on the aftermarket. And the vintage style box is a really nice bonus too.
Good review, I have the original however it is missing both arm clips, the end of your review made me go and check to see if it was in the lug holes of the other two bots but they wasn’t there 🙂
Any other G1 Reissue KO’s planned for the channel? I’m not interested in spending hundreds for authentic G1’s but I do have a couple knockoffs in their boxes as display pieces in my office.
@@ToySpotlite can’t wait. I don’t mess with mine, I transform them right out of the box then package them neatly to display. Waiting on a KO Devastator gift set and an Optimus Prime.
@@ericosornia6274 Well, three in the lineup are G1 Bruticus, G1 Superion, and a black version of Optimus Prime. I have to say, putting on stickers is time consuming...

Sorry you didn't find them. I had the original years ago but sold it. Keep an eye out for junker bots, and maybe you will find those clips.

I have three that I am shooting this weekend and should be released in the next week or two.

@@ToySpotlite Optimus next!
I got him coming in the mail can't wait only $7
I've always wanted one of these sets... but like, *YIKES.* That is one nasty issue. Poor Viewfinder, I guess.
He's definitely disarmed.
the Japanese version of the orginal g1 reflector came in that kind of box. but not in usa
I didn't know that. Thanks!
I wish they would have the omnibots reissue and the powerdasher reissue.
That would be cool.
Hope you get it fixed man.
I know how to get them out. Just have to not make a mess with epoxy.
