I've used quints with trump decks but not with a 78 card deck. Maybe I missed you discussing it in a prior video, but I was curious about your preferred calculative method when including the minor arcana for adding and reducing.
At some point I just decided I wanted to add all numeric values. It wasn't anything more than that on my part. If one deducts 22, there is the chance for all numbers to appear. Thank you for watching and commenting! I hope I understood and answered your question. ~ Marilyn
@MarilynFromTarotClarity Thanks! I wasn't sure if you included courts, assigned them 11-14, or omitted. I've also seen people subtract by 9 to get to 22 or less. I was trying to figure out the math procedure you used here, and my brain is struggling today. 😅
@MagicalMundaneTarot ahh, inre courts, no, I don't assign value to them although I don't see why a person shouldn't if they want to. I just add cards that have numeric value and the triumph cards.
