My legs used to pain before having this aata, but after using it for few days, I felt energetic, not at all tired, and my hair texture also became good. And yes thus aata has lots of Fibre too, so anyone with constipation or other related issue will get benefit from it. Thank you sir
You forgot to mention the quantity of ragi . You only mentioned about soya bean because I listened to your video carefully thrice to find out how much quantity we should add . Anyway thanks for the anwer in the comments.
