    Jowar 50gm Diabetic control
    Makka 25 gm Brain, neurons, kids
    Kala chana 50gm protein, wear and tear of body
    Moong 25 gm protein, skin, hair
    Jo 100 gm internal organs
    Soya bean max. 50 gm -except thyroid problem-use bachni--protein
    Get it coarsely ground, for fibre

    My legs used to pain before having this aata, but after using it for few days, I felt energetic, not at all tired, and my hair texture also became good. And yes thus aata has lots of Fibre too, so anyone with constipation or other related issue will get benefit from it. Thank you sir

    Sir aap ne jo bhi quantity btai hai grains ki isko hume ek sath 1 kilo gehu ke aate mein miilana hai ya. Separately mix banana hai har ek grain ke sath.
